Capellans Beach, despite being one of the busiest, has a very family-friendly atmosphere and offers sun lounger and parasol rental services. At the beginning of the beach there is a pine grove with a children's playground. Perfect if the little ones get tired of the sun and you can keep an eye on them from the sand.
DISTRIBUTION:
The MARINA MAR apartment is distributed across 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lounge-diner and a fully equipped independent kitchen. Perfect for those families seeking the comfort of their home by the beach.
The UHC MARINA MAR complex has a communal area with a swimming pool.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Group bookings are not accepted.
- Optional parking with supplement and upon request and availability.
- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

Hemos pasado 4 días en el apartamento. Es ideal para 8 personas. Esta limpio y bien cuidado
La vista, la terraza y la amplitud y comodidad del piso
Se agradecería algún producto de higiene, jabón de manos, gel, papel higiénico y producto de limpieza ya que hay que limpiar el apartamento antes de salir. La hora de check out a las 10 es demasiado temprano. Nos tuvimos que levantar antes de las 8 para desayunar y limpiar. Se necesita un mantel para la mesa del comedor.

Nos alegra saber que disfrutaste de la vista, la terraza y la comodidad del apartamento.
Lamentamos que el suministro de productos de higiene no haya sido suficiente. En nuestro esfuerzo por reducir el uso de plásticos y promover prácticas sostenibles, proporcionamos un set básico de bienvenida, pero entendemos que esto puede no ser suficiente para algunas estancias. Tomamos nota de tu sugerencia sobre el mantel para la mesa y trabajaremos en ello para mejorar nuestra oferta.
Respecto a la hora de salida, entendemos que puede ser un inconveniente. Aunque los horarios de entrada y salida se comunican antes de la reserva y son estándar para la zona, intentamos ser flexibles siempre que sea posible. Agradecemos tu comprensión en este aspecto.
Gracias por tus comentarios, que nos ayudan a seguir mejorando. Esperamos poder ofrecerte una experiencia aún mejor en el futuro.

Annonce conforme à la description sur le site , appartement spacieux et agréable pour 2 familles 👪
Meubles du salon a moderniser , attention clous au sol pour les enfants et évier non pratique = inondation.
Résidence calme et belle piscine peu fréquentée, gardien peu accueillant ...
Très belles vacances grâce à Abritel encore une fois.
PS: pas de clim ni parking compris dans le prix déjà assez élevé.

The property was spacious, clean and in an excellent location. We had a problem with the washing machine on the Sunday. I sent an email and first thing Monday morning a guy turned up and replaced it. Excellent service. The fact that the villa is run by a letting agency caused us some problems in the beginning with confusion over what to pay and when. I ended up paying the full amount plus deposit as the emails I kept receiving were saying that unless I paid the villa would be put back on the market. Not what you want to hear when your flights and transfers were booked. The only issue I did have was the €30 Euro charge to pick up our key. Apparently because we arrived late on Saturday evening it cost €30 to put the key in box outside their office door. A rip off by the letting company. Just be aware of all their hidden extras.
