Welcome to Royal Palms 402! Renovated direct gulf front 1BR/2BA condo!

*UPDATE as of Jan 20th: concrete repairs will take place in the common areas at Royal Palms - anticipated now through mid/end of February. There's no impact to the condo, guests may hear intermittent noise.

Enjoy panoramic views of the sparkling gulf water and sugar white sand from your private balcony. Royal Palms in Gulf Shores is a prime location on scenic East Beach and only about 1 mile from the center of town. Condo size is 1BR/2BA and approx. 676 SqFt. Free WiFi!

On-site amenities include an outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, fitness center, and sauna. Awesome complex directly on the beach, and easy walking distance to the center of town, and the closest condo to Gulf State Pier!

Please Note:
Royal Palms will be a No Smoking property starting August 16, 2025. This includes balconies and all common areas.
A designated smoking area is located near the BBQ area.

The living room has direct access to the private balcony. The sliding glass door brings the outdoor views in with refreshing beach and gulf views. Stream your favorite shows on the brand NEW Smart TV NETFLIX, HULU. etc (user account required).

The well-appointed kitchen includes quality stainless steel appliances, gorgeous granite counters, Keurig single cup coffee maker, and all the essentials.

This direct gulf front condo has wood look laminate flooring & modern decor. Panoramic coastline views from your 4th floor private balcony directly off the living room. Condo has quality stainless appliances, ice maker, Flatscreen TVs(2), 2 DVDs, Elevator (2), & Washer/Dryer. 42" SMART TV with DVD in living room. 32" SMART TV in Master Bedroom.

E-thermostat allows cooling to 70 deg. System disable w balcony door open > 5min.

Fantastic unit, and building. The indoor pool was amazing since it tained our first two days. My only thing to note, is that the bed that is sort of in the wall is very short. If you are over 5'2 its likely going to be uncomfortable.

There was obviously some issue as the condo smelled very musty as you entered and they had a dehumidifier running that was full when we got there. Both shower heads dripped so we had to keep bathroom door shut at night to sleep. Would also recommend the single cup coffee maker be upgraded as it is a very old model and coffee was lukewarm. Otherwise condo was very clean and we loved the location.

The condo was clean and so cute. The location of the condo on the beach was perfect due to the park next store. The beach was very crowded to one side so it was nice to have no buildings on the other to spread out from all the people.

My best friend and I came for a few days and LOVED it! The property was clean, well kept, and in a great location!!! The property management group was wonderful, too. We had a minor issue and they responded VERY quickly. Will definitely use that group again and stay at this property again!

The condo itself was wonderful. Very clean, great view, and perfect location. The only complaint is that the pools were dirty and there was not a net or anything available to skim the water to clean it up a bit. Overall, it was nice.

I understand the setting of the air. 70 was too warm for me! I want to adjust my own air! I would lower this to at least 68The mattress should be replaced.

Great location on the beach!

We had a wonderful week long stay at the Royal Palms! You can walk on the beach to Sea n Suds for lunch or dinner, walk on the beach to the pier, or to Waffle House for breakfast. Fantastic beach front view, we spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the Gulf. The condo is small but works well for a couple, or with one or two small children. Easy drive to restaurants and souvenirs. Indoor and outdoor pools available. Go have a good time!

Best first family trip ever

When we first got there the view was amazing the room was so cleand there is a lot of stores space. The parking was easy the beach was very well kept up. The pool was really clean in the people were amazing. We will always travel to ghost shores for family vacations and not Florida. Because the experience was out of this world thank you.. love the Bennett family.
