Our 67 m2 apartment is located in the heart of Granville, in a building that is an integral part of the city's history.
800 m from the SNCF train station, 350 m from the Casino and Plat-Gousset beach, 300 m from the port and the marina, you will be immersed in the heart of a typical and authentic maritime town, with its cafes, restaurants, shops and market.
You will be ideally placed to discover the Cotentin region, the Chausey Islands, Mont Saint-Michel.

The apartment is a three-room duplex (ground floor and 1st floor). Ground floor: kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, lounge, dining area with table for 4 (with extensions for 6 people). On the 1st: two large bedrooms, large closets, Bathroom and Toilet.

The whole apartment is available to travelers.

This is our second home. We have a friend on site, in whom we trust, who will receive you. I will remain available at any time to answer your questions or requests.

Super Lage in Granville

Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber sehr sauber und besticht durch die perfekte Lage.50 Meter weiter ist ein sehr guter Bäcker, der Supermarkt ist fußläufig und alle Geschäfte ebenso. Samstags ist der nette Markt direkt vor der Türe Und auch zum Strand (gerade bei Ebbe toll) sind es nur 10 min zu Fuß.

Das Raumempfinden ist natürlich subjektiv, aber die angegebenen Quadratmeter stimmen :) Kommen Sie gern jederzeit wieder – es war uns eine Freude, Sie zu beherbergen.

sehr schöne Unterkunft, Lage mitten in der Stadt, dennoch ruhig. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Schlafzimmer Badezimmer und Toilette sind nur über eine enge Wendeltreppe erreichbar. Wer schlecht zu Fuß ist könnte das als Problem sehen.

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist mitten in der Innenstadt. Nur die Wäsche wurde in der Wohnung nicht gut trocken, da die Luft nicht dovgut zirkuliert.

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Zentrum von Granville

Mein Partner und ich hatten tolle Woche in Granville. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Zugang ist perfekt beschrieben und wir hatten einen unkomplizierten, freundlichen Kontakt mit Nathalie, die sich vor Ort um die Wohnung kümmert. Wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, ist außerdem der Stellplatz im Hof sehr praktisch. Granville ist ein lebendiges Städtchen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zum Mont St. Michel, dem Chausey Archipel oder einfach an einen der Strände in der Nähe. Also: alles bestens und empfehlenswert!

Vacances de Noël

Séjour de 5 nuits. Appartement à l'etat impeccable et à la propreté irréprochable. Très bien équipé (chauffage d'appoint si besoin...ps : peut être complèter la batterie de cuisine avec des couteaux de découpe et un tire-bouchon)Emplacement idéal au coeur de Granville. Nombreuses balades à faire aux alentours. Séjour trop court, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Zentrale Lage

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und entspricht der Beschreibung in der Anzeige. Wir haben eine schöne Woche dort verbracht. Hilfreich wäre es, wenn neben der Hauptadresse auch der Straßenname für die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz angegeben würde.

Week-end entre amies à Granville

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Fernando. Il est idéalement situé dans Granville, au cœur des commerces et proche du port et de la plage. Nous avons pu profiter du marché du samedi matin qui se déroule à deux pas de l'appartement. L'appartement est exactement conforme aux photos de l'annonce et Fernando est très réactif et disponible pour ses hôtes. Nous recommandons très fortement ce logement ! À bientôt pour un prochain séjour à Granville.
