Our 67 m2 apartment is located in the heart of Granville, in a building that is an integral part of the city's history.
800 m from the SNCF train station, 350 m from the Casino and Plat-Gousset beach, 300 m from the port and the marina, you will be immersed in the heart of a typical and authentic maritime town, with its cafes, restaurants, shops and market.
You will be ideally placed to discover the Cotentin region, the Chausey Islands, Mont Saint-Michel.

The apartment is a three-room duplex (ground floor and 1st floor). Ground floor: kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, lounge, dining area with table for 4 (with extensions for 6 people). On the 1st: two large bedrooms, large closets, Bathroom and Toilet.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles nötige vorhanden, sauber und in sehr zentraler Lage. Kostenloser Parkplatz hinter dem Haus war super-praktisch! Es war sehr schön in Granville! Vielen Dank!

Super Lage in Granville

Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber sehr sauber und besticht durch die perfekte Lage.50 Meter weiter ist ein sehr guter BĂ€cker, der Supermarkt ist fußlĂ€ufig und alle GeschĂ€fte ebenso. Samstags ist der nette Markt direkt vor der TĂŒre Und auch zum Strand (gerade bei Ebbe toll) sind es nur 10 min zu Fuß.

sehr schöne Unterkunft, Lage mitten in der Stadt, dennoch ruhig. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Schlafzimmer Badezimmer und Toilette sind nur ĂŒber eine enge Wendeltreppe erreichbar. Wer schlecht zu Fuß ist könnte das als Problem sehen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Zentrum von Granville

Mein Partner und ich hatten tolle Woche in Granville. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Zugang ist perfekt beschrieben und wir hatten einen unkomplizierten, freundlichen Kontakt mit Nathalie, die sich vor Ort um die Wohnung kĂŒmmert. Wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, ist außerdem der Stellplatz im Hof sehr praktisch. Granville ist ein lebendiges StĂ€dtchen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge zum Mont St. Michel, dem Chausey Archipel oder einfach an einen der StrĂ€nde in der NĂ€he. Also: alles bestens und empfehlenswert!

Zentrale Lage

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und entspricht der Beschreibung in der Anzeige. Wir haben eine schöne Woche dort verbracht. Hilfreich wĂ€re es, wenn neben der Hauptadresse auch der Straßenname fĂŒr die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz angegeben wĂŒrde.

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans l'appartement de Fernando. Il est idĂ©alement situĂ© dans Granville, au cƓur des commerces et proche du port et de la plage. Nous avons pu profiter du marchĂ© du samedi matin qui se dĂ©roule Ă  deux pas de l'appartement. a quiet gite within a busy area

The gite was as expected from the description, pleasant, clean with everything you needed, well situated near all amenities , not far from the port. A very nice flat on the ground floor which was a bonus. The only drawback was the parking. There are apparently 5 spaces in the courtyard but not allocated. First come first served .If you do not park carefully the number of places can be reduced to 3.There are also some commercial vans parked there. But when we arrived the entrance at the back was closed due to a fĂȘte and we had to park in a blue zone to unload. The lady who welcomed us was not very helpful as she did not know what to suggest except than stay parked in a blue zone as the police was not too strict.....I cannot blame her. There was not an easy solution. Without the parking problem all was good.
