Bedroom 1 has queen bed with pillow top mattress, 47" flat screen TV. 2nd bedroom has twin size bunk bed, 32" flat screen TV. Living area has new 55" flatscreen TV and sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. Ceiling fans in every room. Washer/dryer in unit. Bed and bath linens provided. Porch and Patio area with grill and seating for six.

We are walking distance to Baptist Hospital and a mile from Pensacola Christian College and Academy. Easy access to 110 Interstate takes you directly to the beach.
We are centrally located here in town. Just four miles to downtown Pensacola. 2.5 miles to Cordova Mall, movie theaters and dining.
