It was quiet and clean and adoreable! The boys loved the hot tub, pool table and fire pit. I had a blast rock hunting in the creek! The boys panned for gold! The beds were so comfy you just melted in them. We had a great time and will be returning!
Beautiful property! Loved the unique layout of the A-Frame. Felt very secluded. Peaceful, beautiful creek with a few small falls located right outside!
Property and view was lovely. Upstairs is not a twin bed, it’s a cot. Downstairs bedroom needs some privacy. The waterfall on the property is quite stunning and a complete surprise from the listing photos.
The decks have not been cleaned properly for a very long time, the hot tub was also not cleaned. The balconies were especially dirty. They do not sweep or spray off the balconies. There is no lock on the door on the top floor balcony. It gets very hot upstairs at night. They were supposed to send a text message to us reminding us of check out time. They sent that text message a day late. We rented the cabin for a week. I thought that we had it until Thursday and they said we had it until Wednesday. They called and had us pay for an additional day. We paid, we cleaned the cabin thoroughly. We filmed every inch of the cabin before we left because we were worried that they might charge us for something. This was not the best experience.
Our first impression of the cabin was that it was adorable, and it just got better after that. The pictures don't really show that the creek (with waterfalls!) are right there out the back door.My only complaint is the Spiral Staircase of Doom leading to the bottom level. We avoided this by using the porch steps. It was also a bit dusty. Overall, I'm planning a return trip to this specific cabin.
Cabin is isolated in the woods. It is s beautiful A frame inside and out! The beams and woodwork really enhanced the experience. The cleanliness was notable!! Everything needed was supplied. Again, great getaway!
The Cabin was very nice. We loved the cozy feeling of the living area. The hot tub is the nicest we have had at a cabin. The house is not too far from Helen and also very close to Ingles if you forget something. We pretty much just stayed in though and enjoyed the cabin!
We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was secluded enough that you felt like you were away from others, but still an easy drive to town! My toddler (2) enjoyed all of the stairs ha. The layout of the cabin was cool to us and we enjoyed it. We would stay again!
Very relaxing and calm and the creek sounds are great. I might stay there again.... The spiral staircase to lower level might not be perfect for us old folks lol but the feel of being away from everything was perfect! I enjoyed my stay!
The location was great the property is very cute but needs some TLC lots of stairs not kid friendly or elderly . Need new beds and kitchen is small but manageable. Lots of games but no coasters. The creek gives is amazing and very relaxing. Also we came forChristmas and only had a small tree with lights
This property is very clean! I loved staying here. It is a short drive to Helen, which has some nice shops and restaurants. I loved the fire pit out back next to the stream. Very relaxing.
Beautiful setting! Rustic with all the conveniences. Maximum use of space with stairs and circular staircase. Driveway and outside stairs could use a little att. But there had been about a foot of rain from Helleen recently.
We came for the wineries and the property was so convenient.
Everything felt so cozy and the waterfall in the backyard made it hard to leave.
Perfect weekend getaway, thank you!
Relaxing little cabin, close enough to go into town but far enough away not to notice. The stairs are not the most plus size friendly, but we managed. Would definitely book again.
Everything was as expected. A little issue with some kitchen supplies not available but was able to purchase in town and left behind for next visitor. Creek and waterfall were calming, hot tub was wonderful, and best sleep we've ever had while travelling.
