Wel een cafeetje en een speeltuintje op loopafstand. Al met al heel prima om een weekje met de auto door te brengen!

Zeer gastvrije en vriendelijke eigenaren! Bij aankomst werden we verrast met een fles zelfgestookte Kroatische drank waar we erg van genoten hebben. Daarnaast hebben ze zelfs een keer onze was gedaan. Het huisje was netjes, schoon en de keuken bevatte alle benodigde keukengerei.

Propriétaire charmante avec un super sens de l'accueil et très serviable. Maison simple mais où rien ne manque et très propre. Environnement très calme avec des nuits fraiches (appréciable dans la région) dans un petit village avec l'essentiel à 2 minutes à pied épicerie, poste, aire de jeux, terrain de foot et bien entendu un bar. Tout à fait adapté comme camp de base avec des enfants pour avoir quelques activités sur place (vélo, balades...) et visiter la région (Lovinac est à 30 minutes des plages et une heure de nombreux sites d'intérêts comme Zadar, parcs nationaux...). Nous recommandons vivement!

We hielden van ons verblijf! De cottage was schoon en had alle voorzieningen die we nodig hadden, De achtertuin was perfect om te ontspannen na een dag verkennen van het gebied, De gastheren waren vriendelijk en maakten inchecken een fluitje van een cent, Zeker een plek om opnieuw te bezoeken!

Een prima tijd gehad in Lovinac. Het weer viel tegen voor de tijd van het jaar. Onze lieve gastvrouw had met ons te doen. Maar gelukkig veel droge momenten. De berg Zir beklommen, Plitvice Jezera bezocht en ook nog Zadar aangedaan. Huisje was prima voor onze gezinssamenstelling. Boven 1 grote ruimte met 4 bedden, leuk voor onze 4 meiden. De gastvrouw vertelde dat ze binnenkort er 2 kamer van maken. Keuken was net nieuw, met koelkast, oven, magnetron en vaatwasser. Wifi aanwezig. Wat wij een beetje gemist hebben is een lekkere lounge hoek.

Très insuffisant, à revoir

Le descriptif de la location n'est pas conforme avec l'existant au rdc, il n'y a que 3 pièces (et non 4) 1 chambre (attention 2 lits 1 place et non 1 lit 2 places), 1 cuisine-salle à manger et 1 véranda. L'aménagement intérieur est très limité et trop vieillissant (idem pour la décoration). L'équipement de la cuisine est quasi inexistant, les casseroles sont hors d'âge (heureusement que j'avais ma cocotte minute pour cuisiner...), il manque des bols par rapport au nombre possible de convives... la propreté de la vaisselle est très approximative... La pédale de la poubelle de la cuisine est cassée, il faut tenir le couvercle pour pouvoir y déverser nos déchets... Des odeurs d'égouts s'échappent de la salle de bain du haut. La présence d'un séchoir à jambon dans une pièce de la maison génère des odeurs dans toute la maison (de retour à notre domicile tout notre linge est imprégné de cette odeur ecoeurante...). Prises électriques en mauvais état dans la chambre du haut (plutôt destinée aux enfants...), Les fenêtres ne ferment pas bien, Le Wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien à notre arrivée, les propriétaires ont dû appeler la hot line pour remise en route. Son fonctionnement a été très aléatoire durant tout notre séjour, Il y a eu une coupure de courant lors de la 1ère nuit
