2-PERSON AIR-CONDITIONED GITE IN CENTER OF VALLON PONT D'ARC WITH PARKING

Come and discover the southern Ardèche, its exceptional heritage (the Pont d'Arc Cave, its famous natural arch, its caves, its picturesque villages ...), swimming, canoe descents of the Ardèche, and the hikes will also allow you to spend pleasant moments of relaxation during your stay.
The air-conditioned gite, for 3 to 4 people, with an area of 40 m2, ideally located in the center of the village of Vallon Pont d'Arc (close to all shops, restaurants, shops, banks, pharmacy, medical center) made of :
- living room with BZ sofa (140/190), fully equipped open kitchen, bathroom with toilet
- upstairs bedroom with bed (140/190)
- garden terrace with its furniture (blind, table, chairs, parasol, BBQ)
- private parking space

The cottage is non-smoking.
Our animal freinds are not admitted.

The deposit is fixed at 400 euros and will be requested upon your arrival (check for French or cash for foreigners) and returned upon your departure unless possible deterioration.
The cleaning price is 50 euros, extra, if agreed.
Bed linen and towels are not provided (rental possible).
The cottage is rented for the WEEK only from Saturday to Saturday

Perfect home, perfect location

This air conditioned home had everything we needed for our holiday. Imaculate inside, very modern. The added private, gated secure parking was excellent. The home was less than a one minute walk to the start of the shops, bars, restaurants. Very pretty town. The owners, Jean-marc, Jackie and Alexa were very helpful and on site if we needed anything, but not intrusive. Would recommend the Ardeche region and Vallon Pont D’Arc for a brilliant holiday. You would not find a better holiday home in Vallon Pont D’Arc than this one. We will definitely be back again. Thank you all so much... (I have sent you a separate email regarding an item I have left behind, hoping you can post this on to me)

Schöner Aufenthalt in Valon-Pont-d'Arc

Schöne, zentral gelegene und doch ruhige Ferienwohnung. Schöne Terasse und Garten. Die Vermieter waren sehr gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und gaben uns sehr gute Tipps für Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Empfehlenswert!

Magnifique Ardèche

De belles et magnifiques decouvertes en Ardèche. Notre appartement a Vallon Pont d'Arc était d'une tranquillité exceptionnelle. Les visites des grottes de la région sont monumentales et splendides, surtout la grotte Chauvet. Et bien sûre les baignades dans l'Ardèche

Appartement très sympa. Quelques bémols néanmoins. Pas de rideau occultant donc réveillé aux aurores. Ennuyeux pour ma compagne qui aime faire la grâce matinée. Le seul accès sur la terrasse est depuis la baie vitrée de l’appartement, et avec la chambre en mezzanine, j’étais contraint de rester enfermé dans la semi obscurité et attendre que le soleil se lève et réveille ma compagne. Ennuyeux pour moi qui me lève avant 6 heures.

Accueil au top...la propriétaire est aux petits soins. Le logement est propre et fonctionnel. Jardin clos et privé. Bonne adresse pour randonnées. Situé en limite centre ville avec un grand terrain pour garer la voiture. Je conseille vivement.
