How to get to L'Oasis du Berry?
Located in Saint-Gaultier (36800), our establishment enjoys a privileged location at the crossroads of major roads, while remaining sheltered from noise.
By car (the easiest way)
- Via the A20 (L'Occitane): We are located just 10 minutes from exit 17 (Argenton-sur-Creuse) or exit 18 (Saint-Benoît-du-Sault). The A20 is toll-free for most of the journey through Berry!
- Approximate journey times:.

By train (eco-friendly option)
The nearest station is Argenton-sur-Creuse (10 km away).
- Paris-Austerlitz / Limoges / Toulouse line: Direct trains from Paris will take you to Argenton in just 2 hours 15 minutes.
- Transfer: Taxis are available at the station, or you can take the local bus network to Saint-Gaultier.
By bicycle (for travellers)
We are an ideal stopover for cycle tourists! The campsite is located right next to the Indre Greenway. Access is flat and secure, ideal for arriving safely with your panniers.
Useful tips from L'Oasis:
GPS: Enter the following GPS coordinates to arrive directly at the campsite entrance: Latitude 46.633701 and Longitude 1.409015
Supplies: If you arrive a little late, there is a small convenience store at the campsite, as well as a supermarket and local shops in the centre of Saint-Gaultier, less than a 2-minute drive from the campsite.
Charging stations: If you are travelling in an electric vehicle, charging stations are available at the campsite (slow charging) and public charging stations in the village of Saint-Gaultier (Place du Champs de Foire, 800 m from the campsite).
Accommodation:
Ideal for a couple, this small but charming chalet offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. It has a double bedroom, a bathroom with toilet, a living room with sofa bed, television and air conditioning, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
This chalet is semi-detached with another similar chalet, but well designed to preserve your privacy. Its covered terrace is perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing together.
A warm and functional accommodation, designed for a simple and comfortable holiday for two.

The Chalet includes Television Kitchen area equipped with refrigerator, kitchen utensils and crockery adapted to the number of people in the accommodation. The terrace has garden furniture. Pillows and blankets are provided for each bed (sheets optional, at extra cost). Reversible air conditioning on prior request and under additional option.
