Beachfront Studio condo~just remodeled!

Beautiful newly renovated beachfront studio condo, with 2 brand new Queen beds! New flooring, all new furniture (including mattresses), stainless steel appliances, and a brand new 55" TV. The sand is pearly white, and the water is beautiful! Come and enjoy my freshly painted and updated condo, just steps from the beach! This unit has a beautiful picture window with one of the best views in the building! You will find the kitchen fully equipped to cook those quick meals, or snacks. The condo does NOT have a balcony in the unit, but just step outside and down the halls there are several communal balconies where you can enjoy your morning coffee, or an afternoon cold beverage. The beach is literally just steps from this great condo! The bathroom has a full combination tub/shower for your convenience. In addition to an outdoor pool, Top of the Gulf provides a fitness center, computer room and Childrens pool along with a snack shack (open in season) for quick meals and beverages! There is a laundry room with washer/dryers on the second floor of the building and all even floors. It is across the hall from the elevator.
Guests must visit the TOG office on the 2nd floor to purchase a $30.00 parking/visitor pass on arrival.

Fantastic stay! Our studio was so stinkin cute with everything we needed. Pam was a great host, giving suggestions on things to do and checked in on us to make sure everything was great. Highly recommend this room! The ocean/pool view was amazing. We would deffinately stay again.

Great quiet place on the Gulf

The location was as promised and pictured. We were right in the beach, had amazing views and close to all that we needed. I started my day with morning beach walks and then relaxed with the beach chairs which were included with the rental. I enjoyed the security of the location as well. We had an amazing vacation.

Top of The Gulf

Our experience with this property was great! Our stay included two free beach chairs and umbrellas. The property is close to many popular restaurants such as Pineapple Willy’s and Gulf Coast Burger Company. I enjoyed using the pool and the ocean view was gorgeous. Everyone made me feel safe and welcome, and the property was clean and as pictured in the description. I would definitely book here again!

Perfect Ironman location!

I traveled to Panama City Beach and needed a clean place to stay close to the Ironman Florida Finishline and this was perfect! It was reasonably priced. It is about a block from transition and directly on the run course just after the turn around so it was great for spectators as well.. It was decorated adorably and clean. The property pools and atmosphere were really nice and family oriented. The owner responded quickly to all my questions and was very sweet. Thank you Pam!!

I was happy with our condo. It had two beds which was good. It was beachfront and right beside a few shops. Very small bathroom but to be expected in a studio condo. A private balcony would have been wonderful but they do have public balcony by the pool. Owner very nice and management in office

Great Place and View

We had a great stay here! We orignally booked at another condo which we had issues with and left the same day we checked in. We were blessed to come across this property owned by Ms. Pam who allowed us to come that night at such last minute. It was late when we got there but Ms. Pam welcomed us right on in and even made us and our two small kids a little care package. It's closer to the ground level, unit 217 and had a great beachfront view. Ms. Pam is amazing and super sweet. I definately recommend this property.

Our overall stay was great,but the lady that checked us in was very rude. She got smart with us when we stated our names for check in instead of our room number. How were we supposed to know she didnt need our names? Other than that first impression, all was good!

Property was listed as a 1bd and it is a studio.

It was poorly remodeled. Terribly small and not even a balcony. Very disappointed. The beach was nice. We didn't use the chairs they were so far back we couldn't see our kids swimming. The air didn't work well nothing could dry. The dryer on our floor didn't work. I tired to cancel immediatley after realizing the listing had fooled me along with the mirrors in the picture. And the owner did they could not refund most of my money. I was stuck! Hope you enjoy your money
