Gated community with 24/7 security, just a short 20 minute drive to downtown Rocky Point. Full amenities,, A/C, WiFi, Cable T.V., fresh linen, towels, dishes, silverware.
We live on the property and will make sure that we are here when you arrive to welcome you

Relaxing Beach Vaca

We had a wonderful time relaxing by the beach. The casita had everything you need including access to the beach for a few days of fun in the sun. Location is quiet and not too far from town when you desire a little interaction with the local community.

This property is fantastic! Great location just outside of the busy town on an absolutely beautiful beach. The property owners are super nice and very helpful. Excellent accommodation with plenty of room for two with a very nice patio for sitting out and watching a sunrise or sunset. Highly recommend the Casita by the Sea - we would definitely stay here again!

Great place

Casita by the sea is a nice little gem tucked away beach front in playa Encanto. The owners are on site and will help you with anything you need. They also have a great restaurant for breakfast and lunch, i highly recommend. You will love the beach and the kick back vibe.

We had a great time at the casita. The hosts were wonderful and we enjoyed the quiet beach location. The casita has everything you would need. The entrance to the community has security and we felt safe and had no issues whatsoever.

Wonderful!

I've been going to Rocky point for over 50 years. Playa encanto is the best beach there for me. Casino by the sea is a cute little place reasonably priced. The host is wonderful and the view out the windows and on the back. Patios is marvelous 10 steps from inside to the beach. I love this place

Cozy casita with great hosts! Quiet location away from the city, but only 20 minutes to town. The beach is your backyard! Gated community with security 24/7.

Very peaceful setting, just us the ocean and beach. Recommend for anybody looking to relax and enjoy each other's company. The hosts are right there to help with anything.Thanks for a great week!!

Beautiful sunsets!

Beautiful property right on the beach, nice and clean. Maria and Gina were very helpful with directions and getting us settled. It's about 10 miles from town which is great for peace and privacy but you'll want to grab some snacks/ice before you get to the casita.
