Welcome to "Tropical Treehouse". This property is zoned for 7 nights minimum.

Beautifully updated vacation rental in Anna Maria Island (Holmes Beach) presents an incredible option for those needing beach therapy at its best! Spend your days lying on white sandy beaches soaking up the sun. This 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome is just 8 houses from the beach.

Three spacious bedrooms are all on the top floor - one king, one queen, and one w/twin beds - with two additional baths and one additional balcony for privacy. Each bedroom has its own TV and DVD player so that you can get away - the kids even have their own gaming unit in bed #3. We have a pack-n-play, baby gate and a portable high chair.

Will give you all the comforts of a real beach home - not just a rental! Beach chairs, beach towels, beach cart and cooler provided.

PLEASE NOTE: *Due to new code enforcement stricter golf cart rules are being implemented July 2022 and the golf cart will no longer be available for Guest use

Pet friendly - One dog ONLY - 25 pounds or less. Non refundable pet fee - $350.00. Host MUST approve pet PRIOR to booking.

PLEASE NOTE: Reservations 21 days or more are required to have an interim clean every 2 weeks at $150.00 per clean at the Guest expense. If pet is on property interim clean every week at Guest expense.

Great place.

Great unit with great beach gear

Relaxing and Accommodating

This is our second year staying at this property. It works very well for our family of 6 and has everything you could really need. Easy walk to the beach. The pool is ok. It was really warm and seemed "merky". We missed having the golf cart this year for sure. But had a wonderful week nonetheless!

The Tropical Treehouse is top-notch!

We've rented for several years on AMI and this was one of our favorite spots. It was well supplied for a fun vacation, in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to the beach. The island was busy and buzzing but we felt tucked away in the tree tops sitting on the lovely screened porch. The Treehouse is definitely a comfortable gathering place for family & friends.

Native Coloradans who have fallen in love with Anna Maria Island. We are so fortunate to have this beautiful property as a vacation rental to share with all beach lovers alike.
We enjoy coming to the area as often as we can sneak away from our busy work lives, which of course is never enough!

Why they chose this property

The Owners chose this property for 2 reasons. Location to the beach and interior space. Being ONLY 8 houses to the beach is truly amazing! The beach access is quaint, never over crowded. There were simply not many nice, quality interior properties for sale this close to the beach. How could we resist! This property will not disappoint any Guest.

What makes this property unique

With the property being only 8 house to the beach, you can take a bike, or a flip flop walk. We want our Guest to have a very fulfilling beach experience and what better way to do this.... and to add to that this property also has a paddle board, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, beach cart, water noodles.
