Quiet and comfortable apartment for the relaxing holiday !!! The apartment is located near the ocean coast - only about 30 meters from the best white sand beach. Playa de Costa Calma. Costa Calma has the best beach in all of Fuerteventura. It is also very suitable for the family vocation.
It has a living room, kitchen and the bedroom. Apartment size is 44 m2 + 16 m2 terrace with the view on the garden and the ocean. Living area has cable TV, sofa bed in the living room . Bedroom with 1 king size bed (can be separated, 2 singles) Fully equipment for cooking with fridge, stove and coffee maker. Cooking utensils, washing machine, refrigerator Full bathroom with tub.
Outside: swimming pool, garden, terrace, free parking, shared pool, shared garden, sea views.
Bar lounge - nearest coffee shop: 50 meters. Ferry nearby: Nearest restaurant: Many restaurants near 100 meters..Supermarket 50 meters, pharmacy at 500 meters. Area with bars, restaurants and shopping centers within 5 minutes. close to the beach

the apartment is in a really good location, but it is incredibly noisy. Noises from all sides were very disturbing. And having 2 small children as neighbors most of the time with 3 adults didn't make it any better. We would also have liked a privacy screen on the terrace. It's also a shame that the pool wasn't heated

Small but clean and comfortable.

The apartment was clean, the beds reasonably comfortable and the pillows soft. There was no cooker and the kitchen area/worktop was small but adequate, as we ate out half of the time. When we did eat in, the small patio was perfect for that. The bathroom was quite big and beautifully tiled. The TV was OK but no English TV - just Spanish and German. The area was mostly quiet - just some loud music from a nearby venue one night. As with other locations in the area, there was often a bad sewage smell around the main entrance, but it only reached the apartment if the wind was in that direction. The gardens and the pool were well maintained. Parking was limited but there was parking further up the quiet street. Walking out after dark, we sometimes wished that we had a torch.

Value for money apartment close to beach, shops and restaurants

Simple clean apartment. Excellent location in Costa Calma. Pool and sunbeds good but properties only about 10%occupied. The island as a whole was very quiet the way I like it. Weather excellent. Communication via website property owner / manager was excellent.

Preis Leistung stimmen überein. Herr Z. (Die Verwaltung) immer hilfsbereit und herzlich. Und Tipp topp sauber. Von der Bettwäsche bis.unterm Bett wie geleckt. Manko: Zu wenig Besteck und so. Aber mit Inprovisieren klappt es. Für schönen Urlaub mit mittelwenigem Etat supergeil.

Prima appartement dicht bij het strand

Appartement is goed ingericht en ruim genoeg voor 2 personen. Terras is op het noorden daardoor alleen smorgens wat zon, wat in november wel jammer is. Aankomst prima in overleg via WhatsApp, echter de persoon die ons binnen liet sprak geen wordt Engels of Duits. Met behulp van een vertaal app informatie verkregen. Tip: leg de informatie in diverse talen in een map neer.
