The Villa Passo Lou Tiems located in an exceptional setting between the Gulfs of Sanary and La Ciotat 5 minutes from the Golf de la Frégate, 10 minutes from Bandol, 8 kms from the village Castellet and 15 kms from the circuit Paul Ricard. In a very quiet environment, it allows you to enjoy your relaxing holidays or sports in one of the most beautiful region of southern France either with family or friends.

The villa, very pleasant and surrounded by a garden of 5000m2, has a spacious living-dining room overlooking a terrace of 100 m2 overlooking the pool. It has 5 bedrooms (air-conditioned) and 5 bathrooms.

Had a wonderful time

Not to wax poetic, but the property is set in the most beautiful place. Wonderful views, close to Bandol and Saint Cyr du Mer. Only shame was that it was April and still a little too chilly to fully enjoy the pool. Definitely have to come back to change that!!

Mooie villa

Mooie nette villa met een ruim goed beveiligd zwembad (alarmsysteem). Rustige ligging, prima keuken, goed werkende airco. Alles wat een gezin nodig heeft was er aanwezig. Een aanrader.

Superbe villa très bien équipée

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour de 15 jours, la villa est conforme au descriptif et le propriétaire est très réactif pour toutes demandes. La villa est sans vis à vis entourée de végétation et très spacieuse. La piscine est très bien, pour nager comme pour se détendre. Le studio en face de la piscine est très confortable.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt!

Zu uns: 4 Fam. (14P,7 Kids 9-16J), erstmals gemeinsam verreist. Perfekte Kommunikation im Vorhinein mit dem Vermieter Yvan Valensi. Alle unsere Fragen wurden umgehend und sehr freundlich beantwortet. Die Empfangsdame Jennifer ist ungnlaublich nett, zuvorkommend, unkompliziert und immer erreichbar. Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. 100% so schön wie man es auf den Fotos sieht. Mehr noch: Die Bäder und Zimmer sind 1A. (Lediglich die kleine separate 2-3 Pers-Wohnung unterhalb des Pool-Häuschen) ist vom Bad her sehr einfach (aber sauber und voll funktionstüchtig) mehr als darin schlafen tut man bei der tollen Villa sowieso nicht :-), damit konnten wir also sehr gut leben! Alle Geräte im Haus, Klimaanlagen, Sauna und auch das Netzwerk funtionierten einwandfrei. Umgehauen hat uns, wie viele Kleinigkeiten im Haus einfach vorhanden waren: Viele wirklich tolle Pool-Spielsachen (Aufblasb. Rutsche, Schnorchel, Reifen...), Brettspiele,... Küchen-Kleinigkeiten wie Müllbeutel-/Spültabs, Folien, Gewürze, etc... alle nötigen Geräte, Wasserkocher, sogar ein Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfel-/Wasserspender in der Küche. Schreibzeug, Kerzen, Kissen etc. Viele wunderschöne Sitz- und Liegeplätze im freien und geschütz mit toller Sommerküche. Es fehlte an nichts! Sehr bequeme Betten, angenehme Bettwäsche, dicke weiche Handtücher, Der Pool ist nicht beheizt was für uns (Ende Juni: 7 Tage 26-30°) perfekt war! Dass es in dieser Gegend sehr viele herrliche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt und man ruckzuck am Meer ist weiß wohl jeder der hier her kommen möchte, es liegt viel Info-Material dazu im Haus aus. Zu erwähnen wäre villeicht noch dass die Hofauffahrt (in die man eigentlich nach links einbiegt) uneben steil ist. TIP: An der Einfahrt vorbei fahren und wenden. so kann man nach rechts in das Anwesen einbiegen und es gibt keine Probleme "aufzusitzen". Dies war unsere 1. Buchung über FeWo-direkt. Wir waren etwas skeptisch ob die Villa wirklich so schön sein kann wie beschrieben und ob alles gut geht, auch mit der Kaution die wir per V-Scheck bei Jennifer hinterlegt hatten. FAZIT: Sämtliche Bedenken waren völlig unnötig. Besser wäre nicht gegangen! Wir zerbrachen 2 Gläser und 1 Tasse, hinterliesen 1 Bett mit Nasenbluten :-)... doch das war bei der Abnahme für Jennifer nicht der Rede wert. ((Für uns dafür ganz klar ein Trinkgeld wert!)) Herzlichen Dank an Yvan Valensi, Jennifer & Tochter und auch das FeWo-direkt-Team die wir auch einige male mit Fragen kontaktiert hatten. c'était génial
