The Gaudichais is located at the end of an impasse ultra-calm. Access to cars is only allowed to residents. Its north terrace overlooks the beautiful Verger beach and the ocean, with a 200 ° view. You are 450m from the beach on foot. Its south terrace opens onto a 15m x 3m heated outdoor pool. A footpath connects our land to the beach. You are there in just 5 minutes. The GR34, voted GR favorite French goes directly to the foot of the garden.
We wanted to create a living space for our family and friends: open, functional, bright and comfortable. The 5 main bedrooms are as laid on the water. All finishes are upscale: from the kitchen to the bathroom, from the bedding to the hamman, from the hifi equipment to the noble materials of the furniture, from the fire to the outdoor heated pool.
Ground floor: * Entrance with integrated cupboards, * Toilet, * Dining room for 14 people - (large table of 3.3 m by 1.1m) - Sea view and access to the north and south terrace. * Fully equipped kitchen - induction + gas, traditional oven and steam oven, 2LV-, island with 6 stools, access to the north and south terraces * Living room and fireplace. 2 large linen sofas - seating for 4 people each- Sea view and access to the north terrace. For those who still prefer to watch TV: Samsung Frame Ultral HD, large flat screen and DVD / Bluray. TNT. * Master bedroom - designed as a studio: bed 180 * 200cm - Sea view and access to the north terrace, large dressing room, bathroom with bath and shower Italian, separate toilet, 2 back-to-back office spaces (one with a desk electrically adjustable in height) which overlooks the terrace and the pool to the south. * Wooden deck overlooking the sea, north * South facing wooden deck. * Heated swimming pool of 15 * 3m equipped with a safety shutter. Constant depth at 1.4 m. Beach 3 * 2m to 35cm deep only, for the pleasure of the little ones. The pool is on the south side of the house and faces the living areas, at the same level.

Practical reinforcement to accommodate a baby crib. Built-in closets. * Bedroom 3: 2 single beds 90 * 200cm that can be kept separate or glued. Single or double duvets in function. Practical reinforcement to accommodate a baby crib. Built-in closets. * Dormitory: 5 single beds 90 * 200cm + 1 single bed in a drawer. Children's paradise! Storage drawers under the beds. Attention, one of the beds is under the slope of the roof thus usable only for a child of 10 years max. * Shower room with sink next to dormitory and green room. * Separate WC

We loved our stay and cannot say enough great things about this home! The views are stunning and the home is well-appointed. There are thoughtful design choices throughout and plenty of room for a family to spread out. We hope to plan a return visit!

Completely lived up to expectations!
Most enjoyable week making the most of the excellent facilities at the house and exploring the lovely surrounding area.
Well equipped home with stunning views. Host very responsive and speaks/wrtites excellent English. Pool is excellent for serious swimmers. Location is very quiet but close (short drive) to a large supermarket and Cancale offers some good restaurants.
Stayed in Cancale for a week with family and had a fabulous time: the house is spacious and the views over the sea from the deck are amazing with gorgeous sunsets: the pool spa and games room were a huge bonus for entertaining everyone all week. The amenities / kitchen etc are well stocked and we stayed in most nights and cooked. House could be cleaned a little more thoroughly and some furniture items are getting a little worn (sofas / pool umbrellas etc) but the overall experience of the property was wonderful.
Das Haus sowie das top gepflegte Grundstück liegen völlig uneinsehbar in erster Lage auf den Hängen am Meer - nur wenige Autominuten entfernt von Cancale. Aus jedem Zimmer hat man einen sensationellen Meerblick.Die Unterkunft war sauber und ist stilvoll eingerichtet mit viel Platz für unsere 9-köpfige Familie (inkl. Baby). Die Ausstattung der Küche lies keine Wünsche übrig. Mit zwei Spülmaschinen konnte man unkompliziert die täglich angefallenen Geschirrberge bewältigen.Im Keller standen uns ein Hamam, Whirlpool sowie Sport-und Fitnessgeräte zur Verfügung.Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner waren gerade für uns mit Baby sehr wichtig und wurde gelegentlich verwendet.Ein relativ holpriger und steiniger Wanderweg führt in etwa 10 Gehminuten zum wundervollen Sandstrand „Plage du Verger“. Für ältere Menschen/ Menschen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen könnte dies etwas schwierig sein. Der Strandparkplatz ist mit dem Auto jedoch schnell zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war sehr liebenswürdig und zuvorkommend. Alles hat super geklappt. Die Abwicklung der Kaution war prompt und gut geregelt. Alles in allem - wir haben schon mehrere Urlaube dieser Art in anderen Häusern entlang der bretonischen Küste verbracht - sind wir vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis positiv überrascht und können die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
La vue est prodigieuse et on en profite à tout moment et peu importe le temps grâce aux impressionnantes ouvertures vitrées . C'est très agréable de séjourner dans cette villa. Elle est idéalement située pr és d'une très belle plage et du sentier des douaniers pour les randonneurs.L' endroit semble solitaire bien que la maison soit située au fond du hameau. Parfait.

Un séjour dans une magnifique maison dans un cadre idyllique. Maison parfaite pour une grande famille avec des enfants. La vue y est magique. La plage est à deux pas tout comme le sentier de randonnée qui permet de s’évader et de profiter de la vue splendide. Loin de la foule mais proche des sites remarquables comme St Malo ou le Mont Saint-Michel
