very beautiful spacious and comfortable home setting. 4 large bedrooms with 2.5 bath,large living room and kitchen. deck on back porch for relaxing and quiet time. quiet neighborhood and 15min from downtown little rock. washer, dryer, iron and board. towels and soap with extra blankets and pillows .1 king bed 2 queen beds 1full sized bed all with soft comfortable comforter sets central heat and air.

Great place for extended stay

we stayed here for 3.5 months while working in the area. everyone had their own room and the beds were nice. the owners were very nice and accommodating to any questions we had. definitely recommend for big groups and long stays.

We absolutely loved the house! It was the perfect location to view the Eclipse. The house was very clean and exactly as described. Very nice neighborhood. We enjoyed a walk down the street and it was very peaceful with friendly neighbors.

Wonderful experience

I was in town briefly and rented this home. The price was good and location as well. I contacted the owner when my plane landed and asked for early entry which they gave me with no problem. As soon as I got to the home and opened the door; the smell of warm vanilla took over my senses and man was it pleasant. The entire home was spotless; decor and essentials were divine. Thank you again for sharing your home. I will rent again!

This house is awesome!

The house is large, comfortable and very nice! All beds were comfortable and very clean. It took us a bit to figure out the heating but we got it! There was a huge ice storm before we arrived but the ice had subsided enough to allow us to navigate the roads. However the ice in the yard and on the entrance steps made it very hard to enter and exit the house. Mother Nature really tried to mess up our visit but we were able to handle the situation with just one bruised knee! I still highly recommend this house and plan to use it again in the future!!!

NYE Family Getaway

Upon arrival the floors were in need of a good mopping/steaming. I would recommend replacing the linens, adding TVs in all the bedrooms, and fixing the front stairs ASAP. Also - The beds are very high the beds and posed a risk for the littles in our group. The house is located in a nice and safe part of town. Overall we had a good stay.
