Catalina Foothills Home with Spectacular Views!

This four-bedroom, three-bath burnt adobe Sonoran Desert style home has all the amenities and is available for rent. The Casa has been recently furnished with great beds and bedding (3 queens and a Cal King) and lovely furnishings throughout. There are 3 bathrooms which all include showers and an outdoor bathroom/shower for the pool. Location is excellent for golfers, hikers, bikers and basically anyone who wants to relax and take in the views.. sunrise, sunset, mountain vistas and stars! The sparkling pool has been recently resurfaced and can be enjoyed for several months out of the year. The outdoor patio is perfect for BBQs, watching sports events on the flatscreen, lounging around the pool or just breathing in the desert air. La Encantada is 3/4 mile away with great restaurants and shopping and a gourmet market/meat counter that will not disappoint.

This is a beautiful home, well-stocked, fabulous outdoor space with magnificent views, quiet neighborhood, extremely convenient to everything we wanted to do. Very comfortable for our group of 3 retired couples. Highly recommended.

Magnificent Views

Casa Manzanita is lovely. The views are incredible and the sunsets gorgeous! The property is exactly as stated. It is very convenient to restaurants, hiking, etc., the kitchen is well equipped, and the outdoor kitchen is a delight to grill and entertain. Beds are very comfortable. The hosts were wonderful - communication was timely and helpful. It was hard to leave, can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful property!

This property is fantastic. The location is great, the house is beautiful and has everything you will need for a week-long stay! We had Thanksgiving dinner at the house, and we had all the kitchen utensils necessary for cooking and serving! Host is very helpful and there was excellent communication. Highly recommend!

Catalina home in a great location with beautiful views

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is in a great location that is quiet, safe and walking distance to a shopping mall with good restaurants and a variety of retail stores. Several grocery stores, hiking trails and golf courses also are within reasonable distance away. The patio is large and includes a very nice swimming pool and grilling area. The home backs up to the Catalina foothills and the views and sunsets from the patio are beautiful. Communication with the owner was excellent; very responsive and accommodating to our needs and any issues. I would definitely consider vacationing at this home again.

Perfect Foothills Experience

This home has everything you can ask for in a Foothills home. Inside was a home for which listing photos do not do justice. Home was spotless, had every convenience needed for a mid to long term stay and internet/entertainment was great. Outside the outdoor kitchen made barbecue a breeze, the pool looked great (winter rental so didn’t get to try it out) and the views kept us outside much later than the weather really permitted. Amazing property aside, as frequent vacation home renters our most important criteria are ease of experience and minimal unnecessary interruptions from the landlord. Tina was excelled here, providing enough information to get us going, being super responsive to our minimal questions, and otherwise leaving us to enjoy our time. Only suggestion would be to update the listing photos - house is much better than photos suggest. That said, as annual visitors we selfishly hope it’s available next time we’re in town :)

The kitchen was fully equipped. Had everything you need. We travel to Tucson at least once a year. This was the most beautiful house we have ever stayed in. The outside kitchen and tv were a bonus for watching football.

Fantastic VRBO

Tina was so easy to communicate with. The backyard had beautiful sunsets each nights. The rooms were large and the kitchen had anything you would need to cook. The outdoor fire pit was a great feature and the outdoor area was inviting.

Beyond 5-Star Stay -- Truly Wonderful

Too many superlative comments to list them all, but if you are looking for a wonderful, spacious, classic Tucson foothills home to enjoy the quiet Sonoran desert lifestyle while still being close to everything that matters (UA, Hiking Trails, Parks, Tucson's premiere shopping center, fantastic restaurants) look no further. More importantly, the home owner was nothing short of fantastic. Everything about the house was perfect and the home owner was always kind, supportive and immediately available if we had questions (ours was a long, multi-month stay.) The house is fully stocked - great beds, bedding, TV's, high-speed internet and everything you could ever need in the kitchen if you are going to be cooking even large meals. We could not recommend this home and it's owner, more highly!

Great views

Great views! Well appointed. There was some confusion around the pool heater, but we didn’t follow-up enough. We loved walking around the neighborhood and seeing roadrunners, coyotes, and lots of quail! Great place to stay, we hope to return.

Awesome vacation

The best VRBO rental we have used. Kitchen had every utensil possible. Beds were comfortable. Location perfect, Tina was available when we had a question.

Amazing Sunsets

We loved our golf vacation in Tucson in this amazing home. The view of the mountains and valley are amazing. And the sunsets we beautiful. Even though it rained two days of our week long stay, the outdoor space with a pool and BBQ was wonderful since much of it is covered. Indoors offers open concept kitchen. Overall a great space to spend time with our adult children. The owner was very responsive to our questions and very nice. The location is hard to beat - near good restaurants and golf.

Beautiful place

We enjoyed our stay in the Catalina Foothills Estates. The purpose of our trip was the Tucson Gem Show. The views were incredible and the house was super cozy and comfortable. Christina was super helpful with any questions we had during our stay. Would love to stay at this property again!

3 car garage, great for warmer days, with garage entrance into home. This property is peaceful and private- the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Note: we sometimes keep a car in the 3rd garage, but are willing to move if parking space is desired.
