About this property

Villa of full foot in full nature, on the heights of a typically Provençal village, Vénéjan. It has a breathtaking view of the Cèze Valley and the Rhône.
Each person will fully enjoy their vacation without overcrowding in this 170 m² house with 4 bedrooms, two terraces, a large parking area, an infinity pool and a gas barbecue.
Two parental suites with 160 beds, each equipped with a private bathroom. Two other bedrooms each equipped with two 90 x 200 beds (which can be coupled) plus a bathroom with bath and shower, double sink. Two separate toilets, washing machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, induction hob, American fridge, microwave, dishwasher).

The living room is equipped with a 123 cm flat screen TV, wifi, table football, underfloor heating.

Magnifique semaine!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en compagnie de nos enfants et petits enfants. Une maison tout à la fois esthétique et fonctionnelle. Des propriétaires très à l'écoute. Et tout cela dans un magnifique cadre. De très jolis villages aux alentours.

Wunderbarer Sommerurlaub

Wir haben 10 Tage lang einen super Urlaub in dem sehr schönen Ferienhaus, oberhalb des malerischen Vénéjan, genossen. Es hat einen tollen Pool und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Im Haus war es angenehm frisch. Félix ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er gibt gern Tipps zu Ausflügen in der Umgebung. In je 10 Minuten ist man in Pont St. Esprit und Bagnols sur Ceze, wo man alles für einen tollen Urlaub bekommt und es schöne Wochenmärkte gibt. Auch sonst gibt es überall herrlich reifes Obst und Gemüse im Rhônetal. In der Nähe es gibt viele tolle Dinge zu entdecken...Ardèche mit dem beeindruckenden Pont d'Arc...Grotte Chauvet 2 (im Sommer besonders am Donnerstag Abend)...Canyoning in der Bezorgue...Spuren der Römer in Nimes und am Pont du Gard...eine Stadttour und Baden in Marseille (mit Segway auch als Anfänger super)...die Alpillen mit einer fantastischen Kunstaktion in einem stillgelegten Steinbruch (Carrières des Lumières...bin immer noch total begeistert) und viele schöne Orte in der Nähe (Roque sur Ceze...Uzés...). Für uns (meine zwei Söhne, deren zwei Freunde und mich) war es ein großartiger Urlaub und Félix ein toller Gastgeber!

Vacances familiale dans un cadre incroyable !

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans un cadre magnifique ! La maison est très agréable, la piscine fait face à une vue incroyable, couchers de soleil garantis depuis la terrasse. Super Villa et propriétaires très sympa

La villa est spacieuse et très bien équipée.La piscine à débordement donne du charme à cette villa. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et vraiment sympas. Il y a pleins de petits coins au bord des rivières pour se baigner ou pêcher. Je recommande vivement cette villa pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis Merci pour vacances☺️
