Beautiful character house located in the heart of the village of St Marcel d'Ardèche with shaded terrace, barbecue and private swimming pool not overlooked, offers you tranquility while being 5 min. walk to local shops.
You will also be 6km from the Ardèche gorges.
Also located on the outskirts of 3 regions and 4 departments, you will have access to a
multitudes of activities and discoveries. (Ardèche, Drôme, Gard, Vaucluse).

We put at your disposal at no additional cost all the equipment for babies and young children (2 baby beds, 1 changing table, 1 bath, 1 adaptable chair, ...).
