T1 independent on the ground floor of an individual villa with terrace, kitchen equipped bathroom and separate wc, living room, surface 27 m2; linen provided, in the countryside 1 km from amenities, secure pool 10m by 5 to share with the 2 owners, unlimited access to the pool house as well as to the sauna.
terraced land in green area, beautiful view of the village, 15 minutes from Cassis, La Ciotat, 30 minutes from Marseille, 1 hour from the Verdon gorges, 15 minutes from the ste Baume massif.
possibility of ping pong on site, sauna, and all water sports on the maritime coast; hiking and horse riding 20 minutes.
interior equipment fitted kitchen: fridge microwave oven coffee maker etc., television, cd room player; stereo, washing machine, and second kitchen at the pool house by the pool with plancha and BBQ. pets not allowed because we have 3 cats, we can put a cot for up to 1 year (not supplied), beware larger children no space and especially danger with the pool even if it is secure.
