- Master bedroom with bay window overlooking the garden, bed 160x200 and bathroom (sink + Italian shower).

Towels and sheets not provided.

The aquatic play park AQUATIC LAND is nearby, also the wellness center hammam / sauna / massage center Sylvamar, 2 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike.

- Access to bike beach through the forest (facing the house) + bike path along the Boudigau (small coastal river) leading to the seaside towns of Tarnos / Ondres / Labenne / Capbreton / Hossegor.
- Beach access by car to the beaches of Labenne Ocean (2mn), Capbreton (5mn), Hossegor (7mn).
Shops nearby: Intermarché / Leclerc / Lidl.
- Plus: Free shuttle "YEGO", stop near the house, to circulate all day to Capbreton / Hossegor Seignosse / Saint Vincent de Tyrosse etc.
