Thanks to its central position with respect to the Aosta Valley, it is very close to: Terme / Casino di St. Vincent, Fénis Castle, Astronomical Observatory of St. Barthélémy, Quart Castle, Gamba Castle and many other sites of historical interest.
It is also not far from the majority of the most prestigious ski resorts in the region (Funivie Pila at 10 min, cross-country trails St. Barthélemy 15 min, Torgnon downhill / cross-country / snow park 20 min, Cervinia-Valtournenche 40 min), also ideal for summer walks and trekking.
Aosta is also easily reached in 10 minutes

Erholsame Ferien im Aostatal

Wir haben 9 schöne Tage im Aostatal genossen. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und die Lage in Nus ist auch ideal für Ausflügen. Die Vermieterin hat sich sehr bemüht und wir können Sie und die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Difficile a trouver. La personne qui nous a réceptionné ne savait pas ou se trouvait l'appartement. Ce dernier est propre et fonctionnel. Porte de la salle de bain à graisser car elle grince, ce qui est très déplaisant quand on veut faire la grasse matinée et que quelqu'un ouvre ou ferme cette porte. Il manque également une cafetière éléctrique.

Merci pour la ségnalation de la porte, on va la graisser. Se n'est pas vrai que la personne qui vous a réceptionné ne savait pas où se trouvait l appartament, ils vous a dit seulement d'attendre une minute devant la porte qui devait repondre à une téléphoné de travail. Merci Valeria

Molto comoda per vedere la Valle d'Aosta

La casa è molto comoda per raggiungere tutte le localita della Valle d'Aosta. Noi siamo andati a sciare a Pila e a Cervinia.Facile parcheggio, è proprio sulla statale, ma è silenziosa. Sul retro della casa, un viottolo pedonale conduce al centro del paese dove c'è tutto (banca, posta, bar, ristorante, minimarket). I mobili non sono nuovi ma sono funzionali e la casa è comoda. Non manca nulla. Ha anche un bel terrazzo spazioso e una cantina per riporre gli sci e scarponi. I proprietari sono molto carini e disponibili. Sono intervenuti subito per sistemare una guasto che si è verificato in cucina la vigilia di Natale.

Siamo stati a Nus dal 6 al 13 agosto 2016, nell'appartamento della signora Valeria ci siamo trovati benissimo per posizione, per cordialità e gentilezza!!!!Consigliamo a tutti una vacanza a Nus, un vero spettacolo!!!! Belle maison de vacances dans les Alpes italiennes

C'est un appartement très confortable dans un quartier charmant. Il n'a pas l'impression d'être d'endroit de jour férié anonyme, mais plus comme de quelqu'un maison. Il est spacieux, propre et bien fourni. Par exemple, la cuisine a tout ce que vous avez besoin cuisiner bien et êtes assez grand pour le manger. Le salon/salle à manger est spacieux et idéal pour se détendre. Les deux chambres s'ouvrent sur un balcon qui regarde sur les montagnes. Nous aurions nos apertifs de l'après-midi ici et écouter les cloches de l'église et les sons du village. C’est parfait. Il est également idéalement placé pour accéder à diverses activités de loisirs comme la randonnée. Il y a beaucoup de commerces locaux à deux pas (alimentation, boucherie, marchands de journaux, bars, cafés, etc.) et divers ipermarchés sont facilement accessibles en voiture. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et sympathiques.

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per sei notti. Appartamento in ottimo stato, pulito, spazioso e confortevole. I vicini di casa sono stati molto educati e simpatici. La signora Valeria con su Madre hanno dato un'ottima accoglienza e sono sempre state disponibili per qualsiasi evenienza.
