Located on the Old Road of Saint Pée, very close to Saint Jean de Luz (5 minutes from amenities, Carrefour, McDo, Picard, Hospital, pharmacy…) near the beaches of Saint Jean (beaches of the Dolphins) less than 15 minutes from the beach from Ilbarritz, 10 mins from Bidart and Guéthary.
Also close to the mountains and starting point for hikes and mountain walks, close to Spain.
