WINNIPESAUKEE WATERFRONT Roberts Cove, Alton
Our cottage comes with over 100' of private shoreline, private beach and private dock for waterfront fun. For swimmers, the bottom is remarkably sandy with even a beach area perfect for youngsters. For boaters, Roberts Cove even has a small marina for easy boat launches and gas-fillups. Our westerly-facing exposure means sun-drenched days as well as glorious sunsets. Located less than one mile off of Route 28, enjoy easy access to both Wolfeboro and Alton.
Accommodates up to eight with three bedrooms (two queens, one full, one twin) plus a twin on the sunporch. Guests must bring their own linens and towels. Cottage comes with stove, microwave, wifi, two full-sized refrigerators, gas grill, deck, picnic table and beach chairs. A kayak and paddleboard are also available for use.
Only weekly rentals (Saturday afternoon thru Saturday morning). Please send me a few details about your party and feel free to contact me with any questions.
