Note: Boat access only. Loon Lookout offers spectacular lake and mountain views from this Rattlesnake Island cottage. Swim from the dock and breakwater in the deep clear waters of lake Winnipesaukee. Hike the trail that runs the length the Island and offers breathtaking views! Boating, restaurants, fishing, too much to list of what you can do on the best lake in the WORLD!
Loon Lookout cottage has 3 bedrooms, a large living / dining room and full kitchen. Bathroom with toilet (odorless composting) and sink in the cottage. Additional toilet (Composting) sink and shower in adjacent shed.
Boat access only, renters will either need to provide their own transportation to and from the island or boat rental available upon request or transportation can be provided for an additional fee. Dock can accommodate 23' boat. Boat launch and parking available at local marinas. Not recommended for those who have difficulty climbing stairs.
