Cozy and elegant apartment located in a historic and quiet building 5 minutes walk from the ski lifts of the slopes and very close to shops. Located in the center of Arabba, (delightful village in the heart of the 'Sella Ronda "ski circuit), the apartment, comfortable and bright, is surrounded by a large balcony, and consists of:
 two bedrooms, living room + adjacent kitchenette, bathroom and outdoor parking space. Number of beds 4/7 suitable for families.
The apartment is equipped with every comfort: washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave, toaster, kettle (kettle), American coffee machine and taliana coffee maker, hand blender, and everything that can be useful for cooking.
Linen is provided on request at a cost of € 20 per person. the rates shown refer to a maximum of 4 guests, for each additional guest the cost is € 140 per week.

Wonderful town and hosts

The town is very nice, and the apartment is very quaint and homey. Angela is lovely and it is a pleasure to stay in their house. You should plan on making arrangements for linens and understand their recycling process in order to be good guests.

Prettig contact met eigenaar. Prima appartement op 5 minuten loopafstand van skiliften, skiverhuur en enkele restaurantjes. Arraba is een leuk, klein dorp met voldoende ski-mogelijkheden. Appartement had alles wat je nodig hebt. Geschikt voor 4 personen.

Es war schön!

Sehr freundliche Besitzer, die jederzeit hilfsbereit waren. Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Kaffemaschine...), passt perfekt für eine Familie; die Lage ist gut - 5 Geheminuten zu den Skiliften in Skiausrüstung, 5 Min zu den Geschäften, Skischulen und Restaurants, Wanderwege vor der Haustür... Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Skiurlaub mit ein Paar Schneewanderungen!

Zum Wohlfühlen für unseren Familienurlaub

Eine gemütliche Wohnung in einem Wohnhaus, nicht modern aber heimelig. Gut ausgestattete Küche allerdings ohne Spülmaschine, wir haben uns mit der Familie mit 2 größeren Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Haus selber sehr ruhig, Straße davor nicht so viel befahren zu unserer Zeit. Kurzer Weg zum Bäcker, Einkauf und Lift. WLAN instabil, Vermieter sehr freundlich, der Wäschemietpreis ist zu hoch mit 20€ pro Person, wenn man dann noch selber das Bett beziehen muss.

Cozy appartment, minutes from the slopes

The apartment was lovely, with great facilities, and only a few minutes walk from the chairlifts of Arabba. Angela was an excellent host, responding quickly to our enquiries, and made us feel welcome. If the opportunity arises, I would definitely stay here again.

Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft mit guter Anbindung an das Skigebiet

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Uns hat nur eine Spülmaschine gefehlt; die Kaffeemaschine ist eine italienische - also nicht für Filterkaffee, sondern nur für Espresso geeignet. Die Vermieter sind äußerst bemüht, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen wurde sofort geholfen. Zum Skilift sind es zu Fuß knappe 10 Minuten. Am Sessellift gibt es ein Skidepot, was wir leider zu spät entdeckt haben. Das würde den Fußmarsch etwas erleichtern. Wir waren zu fünft hier und würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.
