Villa 2 kms from the city center of Saint-Tropez and 50 m from the beach of Canoubiers.

On the ground floor (completely renovated in 2013):
- Living room, dining room, open kitchen
- 1 master suite with private shower room and toilet
- 1 separate toilet
- All giving on one side on a sunny terrace, on the other side on a shaded terrace

1st floor:
- 2 bedrooms opening onto a terrace with sea views:
  - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (or double bed 180)
  - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (or double bed 160)
- 1 bathroom
- 1 laundry

Garden of 2000 m2, very quiet
Comfortable house
4 car parking
Private tennis court, bowling
Sailing school at 100 m
No pets

Possibility to rent extra 50 m2 annex with living room, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 adult room with 1 double bed 160, 1 children's room with 4 single beds), large terrace.

On the announcement, the cleaning fee charged 300 € includes 200 € of actual cleaning and 100 € of linen.

For information: I am a retired doctor and I live in the Paris region. The house has recently been extended and renovated, and is well maintained.
