Good Overall with Some Caveats

We overall had a good experience and would rent from Summit Cove again. The property location was great with a 5-10 minute drive to the base area of Keystone. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens for the stay and the hot tub. With that being said, the property has a few issues that definitely needs to be dealt with. The tile in the entryway is deteriorating and leaving reddish-brown stains on anything that touches it (socks, shoe soles, bags, etc.). The grout is higher than the tile in some places. There were some very dirty and stained carpets rolled up in the garage that may have once covered it. There was also a major icing issue in front of the garage caused by roof runoff. It was about a foot thick near the right corner of the garage increasing to about two feet in the corner where the water runs off. We communicated with the property manager three times (two text and one phone call) to actually get it cleared, which eventually happened. One of the times the ice chunks were left in the driveway for us to clear when we returned after a day of skiing.

Perfect spot for a ski weekend

We had a great time at this location. It was easy to access and a short drive from the ski resort. We really enjoyed the hot tub, which we had to ourselves. Great spot for a girls weekend!

Great spacious townhouse. Great for families or larger groups.

Clean, speedy check-in, large 3 bedroom with heated garage. A little dated, but overall very nice. One of the two hot tubs was out of service and every other person in the neighborhood was trying to use the one small hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.
