Nice place needs pest control

I’m sure there was mouse poop on the kitchen floor and under the sink. The bathroom light flickered constantly the electric socket also wouldn’t hold the hairdryer plug in. The toilet also didn’t flush completely.

Fantastic Location for Keystone Skiing

We LOVED staying at this Keystone property due to the great stocked kitchen, extra bed in the family room, pool and hot tub, and it was a quick shuttle ride to the resort to ski! We highly recommend staying here!

Good location/ Bad presentation

We arrived that evening around 8 and once we settled in and stared setting up the sleeping arrangements, we noticed the terrible state of the pull-out couch. When the cushions were removed, there was chip and snack crumbs all over the mattress along with rodent urine stains and droppings. That let to us not being able to use that bed and I had to go acquire an air mattress for the weekend. The next day with sunlight came more evidence of rodent droppings from the dining room to the kitchen. The only offer that was given to me when I reported this to the management team was to change the sheets on the pull-out mattress when the mattress cover and mattress itself needed obvious cleaning. Otherwise the unit was stocked with extra seasonings for cooking, complete coffee pot set up and enough dishes for the family to use along with cleaning supplies. The plates provided were too large for the dishwasher in the unit so some had to be hand washed after going through the cleaning cycle.

Very easy to find and the check in process was super easy. Only a 2 min. Drive from the base of Keystone.

Great Little Place!

We had some visitors from the outside. Property Manager handle quickly. Check under the step by the entrance our little friends have found a way in.
