Appartement bien situé mais vieillot

L’appartement est dans une résidence agréable et bien situé. Malheureusement, il est certainement en l’état depuis la construction de l’immeuble ainsi que tt ce qui l’équipe qui est « d’époque » ! La chasse d’eau des toilettes est à changer. Les placards de rangement des ustensiles dans le coin cuisine sentent le rance (il faudrait changer les revêtements sur les étagères dont la propreté est douteuse). Bref, cet appartement a besoin d’un bon coup de fraîcheur et de propreté afin de valoriser son potentiel. Un parasol permettrait également de profiter du balcon.
