Ideally situated studio apartment in Puy St Vincent, just five minutes walk from the nearest ski slope. While quite small, the apartment is fully equipped with a kitchenette, bathroom etc. The apartment has a homely feel and ilwas sufficient for our family of four.

J´ai loué cet appartement la semaine derniere pendant les vacances scolaires. Quand je suis arrivé, l´appartement n´avait pas été nettoyé. Toilettes sales, poils/cheveux dans la douche, il y avait encore de la nourriture sur la table et par terre. J'ai du relaver toute la vaisselle qui était sale. J'ai passé plus d'une 1h a tout nettoyer. J'ai appelé la propriétaire qui était tres désolé mais qui n'a rien fait en retour .D'apres elle l'appartement aurait été squatté, admettons...mais les toiles d'araignées étaient la depuis un moment. En plus d'etre sale, les lits et le canapé sont tres vieux, abimmé et meme dechiré. Rempli de poussieres, mon fils qui est asthmatique a fait une crise chaque nuit. Les couettes, coussins et couvertures sont aussi sales. Cuisine et équipements vieux et sale. Voila pour mon expérience, alors bien sur pour le prix ( 400 euros) je ne m'attendais pas a du grand luxe mais a un minimum de propreté. Donc a éviter, et attention les propriétaires ont d'autres appartements dans l'immeuble. Tres mauvaise communication avec les propriétaires qui ne répondent plus. J'ai toutes les preuves en photos.

Nous sommes arrivés le lendemain de son départ, appartement sale ,tapis de bains sale dehors,paquet de ships derrière le canapé étagère démontée éléments entrain de tomber ? Depuis trente ansfixés. Nous faisons intervenir un menuisier pour remettre cela en ordre. Je me pose des questions en sous locations.j'attends toujours les photos de ce monsieur qui soi disant me les a envoyées et qui me fait du chantage en demandant des indemnités pour ne rien dire.les photos euro datées bien sûr. Je n'ai rien contre abritel avec mes locs et je continuerai bien sûr.
