This villa is carefully decorated to bring modernity, while retaining its traditional spirit (stone and wood).

The air-conditioned living room-kitchen area of 45m2 is equipped with a sofa with LED TV and canalsat, the kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living room.

The sleeping area has 4 bedrooms of around 12m2 each. Possibility of baby equipment.

For the outdoors, the terrace area with its private swimming pool will allow you to spend unforgettable moments.

Sehr gemĂŒtliches Haus in ruhiger Umgebung mit toller Sicht auf die Berge

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und haben das Haus und den Außenbereich mit dem Pool sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Es gĂ€be vielleicht noch eine Kleinigkeit zu verbessern: Auflagen auf den Sonnenliegen wĂ€ren noch etwas gemĂŒtlicher gewesen. Ansonsten haben wir uns rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Tolles Haus, aber leider mit SchwÀchen

Eigentlich ein tolles Haus, aber getreu dem Klischee französischer (Nach-) LĂ€ssigkeit. Tolle KĂŒche. Französische Betten, d.h. Queensize und nicht Kingsize. Wir waren zu zweit, hatten also kein Problem. Der Pool ist unbeheizt und geschĂ€tzt 3 Grad kĂ€lter als das (rel. warme) Meer (morgens eine Herausforderung). Kontakt zum Vermieter nur per Telefon (freundlich), d.h. keine persönliche Einweisung, kein SchlĂŒssel. Meist sehr ruhig, nachts konnte das Hundegebell manchmal störend sein. Der Garten entspricht der natĂŒrlichen Umgebung, allerdings teils mit GerĂŒmpel. Grill total verschmutz, wir haben ihn nicht genutzt. Trotz aller SchwĂ€chen haben wir uns wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Nous n’avons pas vu les propriĂ©taires absences de linges de maison convenables ni torchons ni nappe ni tapis de bain bain de soleil sans matelas et en trĂšs mauvais Ă©tat, sur 2 wc un seul Ă  fonctionnĂ© donc 1 XV pour 6! Une fuite au lavabo d’une sdb , barbecue sale et gras inutilisable terrasse non nettoyĂ©e salon de jardin inutilisable ! Nous avons dĂ» acheter du produit pour les fournis! Toile d’araignĂ©e Ă  l’intĂ©rieur et Ă  l’extĂ©rieur ! Pas de corrĂ©lation entre le prix de la location et la prestation fourni !

Déçue

Malheureusement, l’entretien n’est pas Ă  la hauteur des prestations revendiquĂ©es : piscine impraticable (eau saumĂątre), aucun amĂ©nagement du jardin (herbe sĂšche coupĂ©e) , pas d’eau chaude, Chasse d’eau cassĂ©e, 3 volets cassĂ©s, pas de chaĂźnes TV, prise arrachĂ©e, plusieurs ampoules grillĂ©es, nourriture pĂ©rimĂ©e retrouvĂ©e dans un placard... et Ă  notre arrivĂ©e aucun accueil des propriĂ©taires, les clĂ©s Ă©tant sur la porte. L’eau chaude et la chasse d’eau seront rĂ©parĂ©es au bout de 8jours, seulement. La piscine est redevenue pratiquable au bout de 10 jours !! Pas de nouvelles des propriĂ©taires le jour du dĂ©part, ni depuis. Immense dĂ©ception !

belle maison de caractĂšre au calme

Accueil trĂšs sympa de Sabrina et Xavier. La villa a un magnifique potentiel toutefois des soucis techniques n'ont pas permis de l'apprĂ©cier pleinement (porte lave vaisselle cassĂ©e, manque de lumiĂšre hotte cuisine, volets roulants HS pour certains). Il conviendrait de prĂ©ciser aussi que les lits sont en 140, que la piscine n'est pas chauffĂ©e et que la climatisation n'est prĂ©sente que dans la piĂšce de vie. Si je devais y revenir: NON, sauf pour saluer Sabrina et Xavier qui sont des jeunes propriĂ©taires sympas mais peut ĂȘtre pas encore formĂ©s au suivi des locations.
