Close to the slopes!

The location was great for access to multiple ski resorts. The kitchen was adequate but could use a few basics like sharp knives, cutting boards (1 wooden one there) and tupperware for left overs. The complimentary fire wood, dishwashing and laundry soap was an awesome surprise and all in all it suited our needs for a 4 night Thanksgiving getaway!

Great stay

Only complaint is single parking pass for a three bed room isn’t enough. Check in is not on site so a little out of the way but not bad. Would’ve been nice if the place was stocked with firewood on arrival.Other than those suggestions the rental was very accommodating and in good shape. Would stay agaib

Nice place. We love it.

All good. We enjoyed it. Not a complain but if the humidifiers were to work, it would have been real nice. Getting up to the 3rd floor is exhausting with the altitude problems fir us coming from sea level. But those are just notes, not complains. The place is nice and clean and comfortable.

Lovely stay.

We had a good stay, just a few things we expected to have and did not. There was no grill like the listing had posted. We planned two of our meals around the grill, so that was inconvenient. Also, the pool does not provide towels anymore, so it was a cold walk back. We also find trash from previous guests in the living room, and one of the mini glasses down in the garbage disposal.Other than that, the condo is lovely and fit our family perfectly! Everyone was comfortable and had their own space to sleep well after being on the mountain for 3 days.

Thank you for your review Coire. I apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. The lack of the grill and no towels provided for the pool must have been frustrating. Some owners have recently removed private grills due to insurance requirements. Supplying pool towels has also recently changed at this complex. I will review our information for this property to make sure these changes are reflected accurately. I'm also sorry to hear about the cleanliness issues. Great location for us

Property net our needs of 5 adults & 2 kids. Beautiful view, close to Snake River & trail. Family enjoyed pool & hot tub. Quiet location. Only downside was property was on 3rd floor.

The parking situation was ridicules! One space for a condo that sleeps 12?? I know it's Keystone Guest Services, but hopefully someone can do something about that. Otherwise we'll have to stay somewhere else next time

I would rent this again

We would definitely rent this again. It was big enough that we weren't on top of each other. It was very clean and well organized. I would say bring an extra trash bag because we only had 1. Also it was well built-we did not hear anyone else during out stay.

Great place to stay

The apartment was spacious, with high quality finishes. The balcony has a great view and is spacious to fit your family! We loved that there’s two bedrooms on the same floor as the entrance to the apartment and living area, which makes for an easy stay with a young toddler.

Good family vacation spot

There was quite a bit of space for us to be able to spread out but also good space to spend together. The pool was closed even though I believe the listing said it was open. But totally understandable with COVID right now. There’s a beautiful river on the opposite of the property that made up for it. When we first walked in there was a dirty towel on the ground, we think the last cleaning lady must have just dropped it on her way out. Also we found some food on the ground under there table. When we were packing up to leave the garbage disposal also started acting up and leaked all over the cabinet under the sink and onto the floor. A maintenance man was sent out right away though. Overall a great vacation spot with some very awesome views right from your patio! Would definitely come back!!
