Welcome to Chateau du Pikes Peak, a Tuscany Retreat. Enjoy your private suite in this grand Tuscany Retreat. Wake up to sunrise views of Pikes Peak while savoring a cup of gourmet coffee. Energize before experiencing all the Front Range offers. At the end of the day, unwind at one of the many local fine dining establishments. Then return to your chateau to be reveled in your private home theater and wet bar before retiring to your suite and stately bed for the night.

The Space: Enjoy seclusion with your own private entrance and smart lock on your suite. You will have exclusive access to the old-world level walkout that includes a private suite, one private bath, common areas with fireside charm, cozy reading area, projection home theater, wet bar, open patio seating with outdoor dining, and fire pit.

Interaction with Guests: We are here to serve you. Please let us know how to make your stay unique to your tastes, preferences, and level of interaction. As the hosts, we reside on the upper level, and you have exclusive use of the lower level with private entrance.

The Neighborhood: Chateau du Pikes Peak is located in an upscale, coveted, and safe development near Black Forest. It is conveniently located only minutes from the North Gate of the Air Force Academy, shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Getting Around: Conveniently located a few minutes from I-25. From there you can escape north to Denver, south to eclectic Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City, or enjoy your time in our alluring city of Colorado Springs.

CADET GRANDPARENTS

So happy we found this lovely new property on our very first visit with our Air Force Academy Cadet. The accommodations consist of two queen bedroom suites, a shared bathroom divided into a spacious tiled shower / commode area and a separate double vanity area. These rooms open into a reading room / bar with a big screen TV, a fireplace, and sliding doors that open to a spacious covered terrace with spectacular views of the mountains and the AF Academy. Want more? Well, then there's a theater room with projection big screen TV and power recliners if you can tear yourself away from your view of the front range (to include Pike's Peak) from the covered terrace. Bring some marshmallows--there is also a gas fire pit, with seating ,for some great views of the sunset from the beautifully landscaped grounds. This property is NEW, is in a beautiful, quiet, and upscale neighborhood minutes from restaurants, shopping, and the North Gate of the Academy. The owners live upstairs and are very accommodating and hospitable. It has quality furnishings and interesting personalized decor. Our hostess would not allow us to leave the breakfast bar hungry (you probably won't need lunch) and had great suggestions for dinner in nearby restaurants. In case you can't tell from the above narrative, we were quite pleased with this choice. Sure, you might find cheaper accommodations, but doubtful if you'll find any as nice that are hosted by such friendly folks. Hope we can return soon! Bill and Nita

Our travels inspired the design of this old-world retreat built by award-winning local builder, Tuscany Homes.
