Clean Place, Great Location

This unit was as described, clean, and in a wonderful central location. It's not on GPS if you try to find it; it's behind a house next door to the Pentegoet Inn. It is rustic and not modern, it's typical old Maine, no a/c, but it's clean, the shower works, it has a nice sized kitchen with a table to eat at or play cards. They provided plenty of clean linens and pillows. Comfy beds. A slight hazard with dropoff and no railing at top of stairs. Thank you!

Awful condition poor amenities

Electrical issues throughout, stove didn’t work, lights wouldn’t turn on. No can opener, no pot holders, floors sloped all over, couches smelled like pee, beds smelled awful, water would drain in tub, sprayer nozzle at sink stuck on….VERY POOR internet and no cable so couldn’t even chill with Netflix. Plus, outside grill was new and clean. Ceiling tiles not replaced, I mean it was a roof over our head but I would never recommend or stay here again

Nice location and great value

This was great for our needs, simple and charming right near the little downtown and waterfront. Comfortable, peaceful and affordable. Manager was really responsive to our questions. If you need AC this might not be for you, but we kept plenty cool with the fans provided and loved it!

Good value, comfortable beds and laundry. There are parking spots and it is tucked away from the street, but close easy access to the town. We enjoyed our stay. Also had prompt replies to our questions.
