About this property

120m2 house on 2800m2 with very large swimming pool 3kms from the sea

Our single storey house, simple and easy to live in, is out of sight at the end of a 70m long lane bordered with oleanus. The house is on a large plot and has a 6mx12m swimming pool, protected by a dome, which allows good temperature water (up to 30 °) without electric heating. An old, disused tennis court allows children to play, run, cycle. Animals are accepted. The maintenance and control of the swimming pool will be done every day by us. The first shops: 2 bakeries, a small supermarket, the post office, 2 bank branches, the church and the St Hilaire market are 10 minutes' walk away. Two bikes and a ping pong table are at your disposal (as well as various pool and outdoor games), as well as a large Weber gas barbecue.

Séjour très plaisant

Maison très appréciée par toute la famille : spacieuse, très bien équipée, tout confort ! A l’extérieur tout est parfait pour passer de bons moments en famille : BBQ, piscine spacieuse, terrain de pétanque, tennis de table, un petit salon de jardin pour bouquiner ou prendre l'apéro ! La maison est bien située, aux alentours on peut faire des balades le long de la côte de St Hilaire et y découvrir le Trou du Diable ou les 5 Pineaux, les paysages sont très beaux. Il y a également à quelques km St Gilles Croix de vie et sa grande plage très agréable. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances en Vendée, et nous remercions les propriétaires Evelyne et Eric pour leur accueil très sympathique et leur disponibilité. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour des vacances en famille !

Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants (2 ans). Maison spacieuse et agréable de plein pied, baignoire et douche, cuisine bien équipée, terrasse à l ombre grâce au store. Ping pong, terrain de boule, espace pour vélo/draisienne/trotinette et bien sur la grande piscine au top 👍 TER au bout du jardin mais passages rares et peu de bruit (roule lentement). Commerces à proximité très pratiques et plage environ 10’ en vélo Contact avec les propriétaires très agréable.
