You will find in a ray of 500 m: the beach of the sublime bay of La Baule, the trade, the market of Pornichet, the racecourse, the thalasso, the marina, the cultural center and a supermarket. Spend a vacation forgetting your car!
Located on the ground floor, in a luxury residence, the apartment is very bright. It has a private parking space and a balcony without vis-à-vis overlooking a quiet inner courtyard. A second balcony allows the possibility to leave the bicycles (2 available). The bedding is new and of excellent quality.
Housing
During school holidays, rent from Saturday to Saturday, outside renting per night (minimum 2).
The accommodation is composed of:
- a living room with sofa bed and flat screen
- a kitchenette (combined oven, fridge, hotplates ...)
- a bedroom with a double bed
- a bathroom with bath, sink and toilet.
- two balconies, one with garden furniture.
You also have two adult bikes (bike room on the ground floor)
No pets allowed
In options:
End of stay cleaning (30 €)
Linen (25 € to 50 € depending on the number of people): sheet, towel, tea towel

L'appartement est très agréable, propre et lumineux. Nous avons apprécié la qualité du lit, le balcon et surtout la situation géographique : tout est à proximité... Deux vélos adultes sont à disposition : très pratique pour les balades !
