About this property

Accommodation ideally located at 800 m from the beach of Vertbois, which borders the forest, common Dolus d'Oléron: beach accessible on foot and bike (cycle tracks).
The shops (Grandvillage Market, Grandvillage Super U and Intermarché de Dolus) are 3 km away.
This is a villa ("Becassine" II), separated into three adjoining rentals, on a private property with large garden and private parking.
This ground floor accommodation contains a bedroom (2 single beds of 90) + bathroom (shower + wc) and living room with kitchen and sofa bed (120/190) + terrace.
Maximum 3 pers. Wireless.
If you do not want to charge, the cleaning fee is 70 euros (payable on arrival).
Resident on Oléron, I will be happy to advise you the "good plans" resto and others of the south of the Ile d'Oléron. I will leave you a map and a practical guide to discover the island and the many activities it allows: fariente, tanning and swimming, hiking, surfing, scuba diving, sand yachting etc.

tarif beaucoup trop élevé vu les prestations; logement qui ne fait pas rèver!

logement sombre à rénover ; salle de bain honteuse . cuve baignoire à l'accessibilité dangereuse . cuisine digne de l annexe d un camping 1 etoile. plaques en métal au mur sinistres et sales. immeuble qui plonge et pas de rideaux opaques , pas d'ensoleillement dans le jardin. pas de télévision. literie correcte et bonne situation du logement proche des pistes cyclables cependant. le tarif est astronomique vu les prestations et je réclame auprès d'Abritel un remboursement de 350 euros ! une réclamation part à la direction Abritel et j'espère que vous saurez en tenir compte. Nous resterons de toute façon avec le sentiment amer d'avoir été trompé et floué; pauvre vacancier du mois d'Aout qu 'on ne respecte pas !!

Petite maison calme malgré proximité de l'hôtel à côté

Petite maison équipée du nécessaire pour les vacances La baignoire /douche est à rénover Propriétaire très charmante. Un bon séjour près d'une plage étendue, et entouré de belle végétations (proximité forêt et plage très agréable)
