Not happy at all landlord was unreasonable. And impartial to American standards and culture standard

We were at to stay at his location but once me and my husband arrived we found out we couldn’t stay there because we didn’t have the papers for the Algerian culture and the family book. We been married by Islamic standards at the masjid performed by Imam but it wasn’t good enough for the land lord we have been married for 4 years. The travel is so expensive each time I go and all expenses is on me as the wife. My husband has no job and we are a poor couple who can’t afford the culture customary paperwork. We wanted a big wedding like Algerian style with family book and Algerian license we just can’t afford. Every time I come I have to shorten my trip because we run out of money. As a couple we been suffering apart for 4 years. So when we rent through VRBO it is very important to our family life we stay together to build family life. I am just very disappointed we couldn’t stay and we ended up with a more expensive place unaffordable. So I cut my trip short and I live in America and I don’t know when and how I will ever see my spouse in the near future so this trip and my stay with VRBO housing was so very imperative and very disappointing.
