Charming villa furnished in secure private residence of 7ha by the sea, with Large swimming pool of 1000 m², 3 tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball, ice rink, pétanque court, children's playground, private beach, seaside course and pine forest nearby. Club house catering in summer, poolside entertainment and lifeguard supervision. Access under control.

On the ground floor: Large living room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with serving hatch, shower room + guest toilet, 2 large terraces overlooking the garden, garage space.
