Our T1, classified 3 stars by Gîte de France, is located in the city center of Hyères (500m from the old town, 4km from the beaches), in a quiet area. It is crossing and very sunny in a property at the end of a private dead end (closed with a gate). It has a small private garden, a living / living room with TV and convertible sofa, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large closet and shelves, wifi access, equipped kitchenette, (2 ceramic hobs, washing machine, micro -waves, mini-oven, coffee maker and electric kettle, toaster), a bathroom and a separate toilet, private parking. Ideal if you want to rest in the sun and calm!
