Two bedrooms/Two baths. Large recliner sectional in the Living room for comfortable TV watching that includes ESPN. Game area. New kitchen and appliances. Laundry room. Large screened-in covered patio furnished with Bar and Dining Table. The outdoor patio includes a fire pit, BBQ, Heater, furniture.
This is all in a traditional Southwestern setting.
Wifi and workstation including a printer for those that work remotely. It is an "on your honor" space that each user should leave replaced with ink and paper.
**There is a homebook in the living room that has more community information.

Lovely SCW home

Really enjoyed our time at the house and in AZ. Very comfortable, very clean, great location, very well stocked in every way. We hosted family from both Sun City & Sun City West for coffee and pastries one morning and we had everything we needed to have a wonderful, relaxed time. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

The home was easy to find. Very clean with lots of towels, games, kitchen equipment and quiet. The sun room was a wonderful place to enjoy our morning coffee. The home needs some updating since some of the decor is still 1980’s including the sun lamp/heather in the master bathroom.

Location, location!

This was a great home in a perfect location for us visiting friends in Sun City West and family in Surprise. It was exceptionally furnished and both the owner and site manager were quickly available for our minor questions. Every day we felt right at home and really comfortable with our surroundings. Groceries and restaurants were nearby and the neighborhood seemed friendly and safe. We enthusiastically recommend this home away from home!
