About this property
THE ONLY LUXURY RIVER FRONT PROPERTY ON THE ELK RIVER. 10 min to beach & town!
Yellowstone inspire home with a great room that boasts 42 ft high ceilings, an expansive loft for yoga, working out, reading, art, etc. A state of the art kitchen that any professional chef would swoon over. All wolf appliances from the stoves to the blender and toaster. 3 giant subzero fridges, and enough counter space for an entire family to cook at the same time and be comfortable. Spring and summer months are absolutely the most beautiful time of the year. You’ll find the apple trees and peach trees to the variety of pear trees and cherry trees , just to name a few, blossoming in spring and making the most delish fruit in summer!
There are 4 master suites all have their own unique charm. Chrome room: has a beautiful view of the river and has an open Vegas style open layout. The bathtub is viable from the bed sits in a window to enjoy the best views in the house. Heated floors, beautiful windows that reach 24 ft high, this room is the most modern and sleek room of all rooms in the house. Copper Room: this room was designed for the man of the house, my father. I opted for masculine colors copper tiles and dark granite shower. This room features its own steam room, 3 shower heads, heated floors, a big Japanese copper soaking tub, a private lanai, nice views, and king sized bed. Ivory Room: this is the master suite in my humble opinion. This room was designed for my mother with a private fireplace, claw foot tub, an expansive deck that connects to the great room deck, Cal King bed, heated floors, steam room, and sits on the main floor. Myrtle room: Sits up river and has a romantic vibe that has a cal king bed, its own private lanai, the biggest Japanese copper soaking tub one could imagine, and heated shower floors.
This house and hosting guests has become my passion. From small details ranging from providing cozy robes to being available 24/7 on the property, offering chef services, or talking with guests about the property, and surrounding areas. Ive worked hard to make sure the guests that stay at Elk River Camp will have a relaxing and awesome time. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions about the house, the property, surrounding areas, or anything that comes to mind.

About the host
Hosted by Ariel

I was born and raised in Venice Beach California. My family always had this property on the Elk River. back in 2012 we decided to build our dream home. It was completed in 2015-2016. I moved up to Oregon to manage the house as my father didn’t realized that a house as big as this needed constant upkeep and attention. So from the hustle and bustle of west LA I move to one of the most under populated areas in the country. It’s was a difficult transition. But I toughed it out and have been here ever since. I’ve put my blood sweat and tears into this home- and I can’t wait for you to enjoy and find all the wonder and beauty I see in it everyday while you spend time here enjoying all that the PNW has to offer you!
Why they chose this property
I’ve had this property since I can remember. I helped my father in building this home. If I could do it over again I would a thousand times. It was such a magical time and it was amazing to see something so large being built from absolutely nothing. I remember the first day coming out to the land which was over grown brutes and stickers and putting stakes into the ground as the four corners of the house. And I think today how amazing we all did and how much fun it’s been since.
What makes this property unique
It goes without saying a word. This house is the MOST UNIQUE and well built home for miles and miles. It sits on a VERY special river that still to this day remains untouched by little development. It’s still a a wild and scenic river. Meaning it’s protected in EVERY right it can be protected in. So it runs crystal clear all year round. It truly is a magical area.
