We rent out
Our RESIDENTIAL HOME, so that it benefits a family (with children), looking for the calm and the proximity of the sea.
Original villa, 120 m2, rebuilt in 2012 and 2016
Contemporary finishes and decorations (new interior)

Two in ground floor 13 and 9 m2, with shower room
A large 22 m2 floor with dressing room, sea view terrace and bathroom
American kitchen.
AIR CONDITIONING up and down
Closed parking with awning.
It is located in a residential area "Mont des Oiseaux",
closed access, above the beach of Almanarre
(high place of windsurfing and kitesurfing).
Beaches at 3km on foot or by car. Free parking and free access.
