In our small village in the Champagne countryside, on the edge of Burgundy, we welcome you to our cottage ***
about 100m2 on two levels
on the ground floor:
-living room with color TV fireplace giving access to the covered terrace (garden furniture and barbecue), and to the private courtyard and lockable car park.
- kitchen open to the dining area, fully equipped: electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc ...
- laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board
- WC with washbasin.
upstairs:
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 190X140 TV, wardrobe with safe, lit by 2 windows with blackout shutters
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140X200 and 1 single bed 90X190, and wardrobe, lit by 2 windows with blackout shutters
- 1 bathroom with a multi-jet shower, 2 wash-hand basins, illuminated by 1 window with blackout shutters
- 1 second WC with washbasin
Electric heating in all rooms, WC and bathroom. Without supplements .
bed linen and towels provided at no extra charge.
unlimited WIFI access by satellite (supplement of 20 € per week, payable on arrival)
