Plan your next vacation to this beautiful beach home, conveniently located close to the neighborhood pool and beach boardwalk in Port Aransas's popular Sand Point subdivision. Sit on the upstairs deck and enjoy the ocean breeze with your favorite beverage, or make your way inside to enjoy the comfort of this coastal getaway!

This listing is for the upstairs unit where you will find an open-concept floor plan along with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The living area is a great place to relax after a day at the beach. It has two comfy couches with one of them being a queen sleeper sofa. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen and a full-sized washer & dryer. The main bedroom has a king bed, an armoire, access to the front balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second upstairs bedroom has a king bed and dresser. The third room provides extra places to sleep with two sets of bunk beds: one twin-over-twin and one twin-over-full! The bunk room provides a place for kids to play or watch TV away from the main living area! There is a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo, 2 sinks, and a linen closet located between these two rooms.

All three bedrooms and the living area have ceiling fans, flat-screen/smart TVs, and access to high-speed internet (WI-FI). All bedrooms have closet storage, hardwood floors, and beds with top-quality mattresses and plush linens.

NOTE: We also offer this unit together with the downstairs 1BR/1BA Unit (VRBO #1640951) or the downstairs 1BR/1BA unit by itself (VRBO #1641073).

Please note that Sand Point has a 3-night minimum during peak rental season and holidays. Non-peak rental season is only a 2-night minimum. January and February are set aside for Winter Texans with a 60-day minimum rental at a reduced rate; contact us for details.

Suzanne was very responsive! The house is exactly as shown in the pics, comfy beds, great decorations, nice size. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Plenty of "start up supplies" provided, some lasted us for a month. It's a great location, close to the beach and the community pool. Love this property!

Perfect stay!

We stayed here for 3 nights with our five year old son and it was perfect! Very comfortable and clean space and the walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. We also got great use out of the pool and hot tub. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful experience...cute home with a fully stocked kitchen. Great location - beach, pool and Port A just minutes away. Really great upstairs porch area. Great rental for family - two adult bedrooms/baths, great kids bunk room. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!!

This is a top notch place to stay at. There are upper end touches that make you realize the owners take pride in their home. The property manager did an outstanding job. Highly recommend staying here.

Accommodations were awesome!! Even included laundry soap, plastic bags, aluminum foil and spices. Wowwww!! So nice!! Would totally return one day!!! Just wish the weather would have been as accommodating 😉. No one’s fault- just the way it is and it was a whole lot warmer than what we are used to in winter so there’s that!! Thank you!

Great home close to beach!

Cozy, welcoming home. Beach vibes all over! Plenty of space inside and outside on the balcony. Thoughtfully prepared for a getaway. Plenty of beds for adults and kids. The beach is just a stroll away. We loved that it’s close to a smooth sandy shore instead of a rocky one. Staircase entrance is steep but safe for pets and kids (with supervision) because of the gate. Host was great! Easy to check in and out. Will consider Seaside Paradise again! :)

Overall a great experience. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The beach is less than a block away. The house was as described, it was clean, roomy and overall great for our family and dog. Would most definitely return.

Loved everything about our stay. The neighborhood was cute, easy walk to the beach and pool, and clean house. The stairs were tough to go up and down with small kids but thankfully there was a gate at the top to enclose the patio.

We loved the property and appreciated that the owners let us in at 4 pm. I do think a 5 pm check in is awfully late. There is no ESPN and for the high cleaning fee they ask an awful lot on checkout. Otherwise, it was lovely!

Thank you for your review and I am glad that you enjoyed your stay. I understand about the check in an hour later than our previous time pre Covid. We need this extra hour when we have a same day check out and check in. I am sorry that you feel the cleaning is high as it is in line with the market in our area. We added additional procedures to sterilize outdoor items and door handles, which adds time to our cleaning. We normally ask guests to just take the trash out as a checkout procedure, but we have added the extra step of stripping the sheets from the beds due to Covid. We hope you will return in the future.

Interaction with the host was effortless and friendly. She always promptly answered questions. The property was clean and considering we are finally able to travel due to Covid. It provided a peace of mind. Only a short walk away was a dog park which was a nice treat our pups enjoyed it. Our daily walks on the beach were less than 5 min from the property. Another plus! Overall, I strongly recommend this rental. Can’t wait to come back. Got our workout in with the stairs too.

Very nice beautiful home, fully stocked with everything! Steep stairs upstairs so not good for seniors and definitely not handicap! A lot of trips up and down to bring stuff in! Nice neighborhood, no view of beach but short walk to it.

Home away from home

The beach house was beautiful, clean, & peaceful. The beach is a short 5 min walk and the pool is a house away. My family & I decided to get away for a couple of days & we couldn’t have stayed in a better home in a lovely neighborhood. Perfect place to stay. Dog friendly too, our dogs loved laying in the balcony in the mornings & evenings to enjoy the nice breeze & watch people as they passed by.
