Villa-pied-de-pied +-100 m2 located in L'Escala to more or less 1700 m of the beach of Riells (+ - 15 minutes on foot) and its trade, to more or less 3,5 km of the beach of Montgó and its trade , And 2 minutes drive from the village.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus und Grundstück sind im typischen spanischen Stil und Standard. Wir haben uns die meiste Zeit im außenbereich aufgehalten und die Erfrischung im Pool genossen. Den Strand sowie die Stadt erreicht man gut mit dem Fahrrad (ca 5-10min), zurück geht es aber leicht bergauf. Aldi ist mit dem Auto in 3-4min erreicht. Ruhige Gegend, einzig das anliegende Grundstück hinter dem Haus war uns ein Dorn im Auge. Es hausen dort scheinbar Hausbesetzer drin. Dafür kann aber die Agentur nichts und bis auf einen einzigen Zwischenfall war es auch die restliche Zeit dort ruhig. Wir würden es nochmal buchen.
