Very comfortable and practical. Once you enter the house, everything is on the same level: living room, bedrooms, terraces, garden and pool. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, several terraces, a porch with barbecue, private pool of 8 x 4 meters. In addition the house has wifi internet included. A few meters from the supermarket and 2 km from the center of Begur. Very quiet residential area.
Note: the price is very affordable because the owner lives in an apartment under the house. Totally independent They only share the entrance to the farm. The tenant has PRIVATE USE of the pool and the garden.
