Each two- and three-bedroom unit in the plantation-style buildings are elegantly furnished with upscale appliances and fixtures, premium floor-coverings and marble surfaces.

This Ritz Carlton residence offers two bedrooms, each with its own full bath plus a powder room; full size washer and dryer, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, living room, dining room, and balcony. Sleeping accommodations are arranged with a king in each bedroom ( or two twins in the guest bedroom can be requested) and a queen sleeper in the living room.

Environmental impact fee is $25 a day, Owner guest fee is $200 per stay.

Reservations crossing reservations weeks may be subject to a fee of $150. If a residence move is scheduled, all personal items must be packed for the bellman to move or an additional fee of $250 will be incurred.

Specific view categories must be addressed with rental agent. Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been discussed and agreed upon in writing. The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement.
