Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great unit but remote vacasa support is subpar

The condo is in a great location and very well kept but getting past the remote vacasa support to reach someone local that can help with issues is near impossible.

Unbeatable location at good value with a few sacrifices

Great on mountain location. The place comes as advertised with only sofa bed and futon for sleeping, no proper beds. They did the job for 2 nights but wouldn’t want to sleep on them any longer. Would be nice if instead of futon there was a bed in the sun room. Unfortunately we had to deal with a guest from the next door unit accidentally opening the side connecting door to our unit while sleeping which was unsettling at the least. Vacasa responded to me immediately the next morning to fix the lock and gave some money back. Kitchen was nice but kind of annoying there were 3 coffee makers but no filters. Living room and fire place was great.

We stayed there recently,the info they gave was not exactly what the owner said was not totally true. They said two bed which one was a hideaway bed. The other was a futon out on the balcony. Which had no heat out there, very very cold out there. My husband and I had to bring the not so great mattress into the living room. Mattress was very wore out and so cold that we thought the mattress was wet. It wasn't it was just cold. Our son ski's with the Special Olympics and needed a good nights rest. If this owner would update this VRBO mattresses, heat out on the balcony,then maybe we may stay there again. New mattresses and heat outside on balcony. The point is update, update and update. p.s. water came out of the shower and got the floor all wet, had to use lots of towels to clean up the floor. recliner chair was nice

Never Rent from Vacasa again

for dollars spent this was the worst rental experience i have ever had. I have rented campsites and used my own tent and been more satisfied. Questions i sent through VRBO were literally never answered. When i called Vacasa support for clarifying questions on check in instructions, they just read the instructions back to be and were unable to answer questions in greater detail. When i requested a call back from someone local - i had to wait hours to get a call. The walls for the bedroom units rented separately are exteremely thin. One neighbor, or the other, was partying every night. The check in instructions are very clear about quiet hours and consequences if you get a noise complaint, but there is no way to file a noise complaint at copper. I was up at 1 in the morning for an hour trying to file one and was not able to get any response from any number. If you look at this room from the outside - it is the ONLY one without blinds on the sun room. The fold out bed has sheets but no blanket. We found a single blanket that was not big enough to cover the bed, with some pillows, and another, even smaller blanket in the closet, which was FILTHY. The lack of effective customer service, and lack of basic room amenities - were completely unforgivable. I will never rent from Vacasa again.

They responded and assured us that new blinds are on the way, and they have submitted your feedback to our housekeeping manager. As for the noise, Copper has a strict noise policy which guests can be evicted for violating. All noise complaints should be submitted to Copper building management to ensure they are appropriately addressed. While we understand your disappointment, we hope you will allow us a second chance to impress you in the future.

I just rented the middle section (without the bedrooms). Perfect little studio as a base for 5 days of great skiing. Nice to have a full kitchen- well equipped. About 150 yard walk to the lifts.
