Beautiful house owned by architect with wraparound porch. 3 blocks to beach.
Winter rental only 10/15/25-5/8/26 $2500/month plus utilities. This is a 3 bedroom, fully furnished, 1 and 1/2 bath home with air-conditioning, a large front and backyard, huge wraparound porch. Brand new bathroom and shower, total renovation with a clawfoot bub. No sheets, towels or blankets are supplied by owner. . Walk to beach, walk to beautiful new restaurants on Main Street. Eat meals on porch, comfortable seating. This house is our pride and joy. Our house is in the southern part of Bradley Beach near Second Avenue beach which is quieter and peaceful. Utilities paid by renter.

I grew up in this lovely town. My husband and I bought this house and use it as a second home with our 23-year-old son in August and September (thus available Memorial weekend to July 31). I recently purchased an upright piano for the house which is wonderful to have since I've played classical piano since childhood. Oh and the porch swing is my fav!!!
Why they chose this property
In a world of aluminum siding, this house retains all the original outside stucco. Yes this house has not your modern kitchen or bathroom, but for those of you who appreciate the old bones of a house, this house is so wonderful. It's like a quant B&B but all to yourselves, an amazingly breezy wraparound porch to boot!
What makes this property unique
Walk to the movie theater, walk to Ocean Grove and Asbury Park. Always a million things to do...even on a rainy day!!! Fantastic restaurants, but just sitting on the porch is probably better than anything.
